This is a very cozy "Treehouse" we affectionately refer to as "The Shack in the Back," or "Crew's Quarters." The bedroom is two steps off the mini kitchenette.

After a long day by the pool or at the beach, its perfectly set up to gather at the breakfast bar for a bite and settle in with a movie for the evening. Our most recent renovation, we call this unit "Smith's Corner." Renovated in 2022 this one bedroom one bath features a king bed and a full kitchen. The family can gather around the informal bar style seating and enjoy a quick dinner after a long day at the pool or beach. A view of the river from this room is the perfect ​way to wake up with coffee. The sofa in the living space pulls out into a queen perfect for kids.

The chain ferry is right at the below of the driveway and provides easy access to and from the shops and restaurants of Saugatuck. The pool was extremely clean and the view from the room was amazing. They also make their own coffee which is delicious, and the staff was very accommodating. We are definitely coming back with the kids in the next month or so and will be hitting up the pool and beaches. Thank you for an amazing time!!"
