This casita was Built in 2015 Brand New King size mattress in 2021. Tv's in bedroom and living area. Full kitchen and laundry room. Comfortable couch that pulls out for extra sleeping. Small fenced yard and seating area with a barbeque. WIFI and satellite. It is three blocks from downtown. Very close to entrance to Simpson Arena and a few minutes drive to Rancho Rio for roping and horse boarding. We are very excited to Offer this like new casita! This western Casita was built in 2014. Brand new King size mattress in 2021. Very convenient location 3 blocks from downtown. Close to restaurants, entertainment, the museum, the theatre, and shops. Tile floors and the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, The unit also has a washer and dryer. This is a one bedroom with a king size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Bathroom has a shower. Professionally decorated. Cute little fenced and private back yard with barbecue and seating. Located less than three blocks from entrance to Simpson Arena and very close to Rancho Rio if you need to board a horse and/or rope. - "This is the second time we have stayed at this property, which is railroad themed. It is very comfortable for us, very close to the heart of town and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet. Mike, the caretaker, is very friendly, greeting us the evening of our arrival and making sure everything was to our satisfaction. - "Went for gold rush perfect location. Very clean snd quiet. I really only slept there was out on the town for the most part. Would definitely recommend." - "My husband called the unit "quaint". It was clean, sparsely decorated and very little furniture. No where to sit if you wanted to bring take out food back other than the one couch and coffee table. The side door to the kitchen you could see daylight through and it made for very cold mornings. Fortunately there was a space heater. The bed was comfortable and we stayed warm with the comforter and extra blanket! The bathroom though... if you are large in stature be prepared! The shower was small, and the water pressure from the shower head was not great. Water was hot though! And there is no where inside the bathroom to set your toiletries - hair styling products, makeup, etc. although there's plenty of floor space. Units look recently remodeled, but just a few things that could have been added that would have made this much more of a pleasant experience. This review was not meant to chase people away from staying here, but just be prepared. And maybe to the owners - find a little more furniture maybe? A little kitchenette table and a couple of chairs? Put another cart or something in the bathroom? I would have used the desk/mirror in the bedroom, however, the mirror was installed so high, I could only see the top of my head. Appreciated the Keurig Coffee! Thanks."

- "Overall a good stay in this two bedroom unit. Myself and a friend were intown for an extended stay for work. The unit was comfortable and had 95% of the things we needed. Neighborhood was safe and quiet while being conveniently located to close to the down town area. Some issues with heating which the property owners worked to remedy as fast as they could." - "The pictures of the property were beautiful. But the neighborhood, and the overall condition of the property was totally different than the photographs. Roof had leaked in two places. It had rain during our stay so plaster and water was leaking through the ceiling and the crack in another area had growing larger. The unit is very dark and cold. The washer and dryer attached to the unit Hass to be shared with all the cleaning personnel for the units and all the other unit renters I would not recommend this rent."

Madison place is a one bedroom, one bathroom guest house. This is an older home with old home charm and character. The space has been updated with mini split units in bedroom and living room which help keep you comfortable year round!
The original hardwood floors have recently been refinished adding to the charm of the space.
Access to the house does involve multiple steps, so be mindful of that when booking.
This home is peaceful and private while still offering accessibility to downtown.

Access to the house is through the alleyway. A designated parking spot is reserved for you.
You enter through a private gate for the house and after a short climb up the outdoor concrete steps are greeted by the front garden.

This is a Tiny house with a sleeping loft accessible via a set of narrow-ish stairs, no railing and the loft is not tall enough to stand up. If you have physical challenges this might not be for you. The property is nestled into a quiet neighborhood within the towns limits. When you arrive, it’s easiest to follow the provided pictures to use the alleyway to access the main drive way. Inside, the open kitchen and living make for a welcoming entrance. The kitchen is stocked with basic kitchen appliances, including a coffee maker, pots and pans, baking basics, and common spices. The space
Welcome to this beautiful Wickenburg Ranch retreat! This home offers two master suites, each separated by a beautifully designed kitchen, living room, and dining area, providing privacy and relaxation for all guests. Each master suite includes a en-suite bath, with one accessible for shared use by guests in the additional room. This third room, has a queen sofa bed and access to a convenient half bath. Unfortunately there is no door on this room. Curtain and rod will provide some privacy.

The home’s functional layout includes a laundry area with two built-in desks, perfect for remote work, and provides access to the garage.

Outdoor living is exceptional here, with a backyard that boasts a cozy fireplace, dining area, and breathtaking desert views. Another inviting fireplace awaits in the entryway, creating a warm welcome for guests. Wi-Fi is included for a seamless experience whether working or unwinding.

Note: Amenities will only be available on stays that are 90 days or more Cost $275.00 As of January 2025 amenities will be exclusive to membership only. The Aloha House is a completely separate Ohana in the desert with private entrance and backyard space. 400 sq ft of meticulously designed Hawaiian themed studio. It is one room carefully laid out for comfort and functionality. Maximum of two people. Not ideal for children. Not available for horses.

The space
The Aloha house is functional and peaceful. The most comfortable Queen bed and leather sofa. Kitchen has frig, microwave, multi use air fryer, 2-burner hot plate, toaster and coffee maker. Cupboards have essential dishes, pots and pans. Coffee provided. Bathroom has hand rails and seats in shower. Extra toiletries provided. Outside patio has beach chairs and a gorgeous view of Vulture Peak.

Guests have access to the 400 sq ft Ohana, Parking and guest yard.

We do accept some pets on approval. They are not allowed to stay alone inside or out. We have dogs.

Casita del Sol Poniente is a newly built guest house in a quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from historic downtown Wickenburg. A full kitchen, separate bedroom and in unit laundry makes this a perfect getaway. With convenient access to the park and walking trails, there is something here for everyone. The front porch is a fantastic place to have a cup coffee, gaze at the mountains and watch the sunrise. But the beautiful Arizona sunsets will be worth remembering for a lifetime.

The space
Wickenburg is located 60 minutes north of Phoenix and 1 hour and 15 minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport. Wickenburg is the Team Roping capital of the US and where the bolo tie was originally created. Our town was established in 1863 by Henry Wickenburg as a mining community during the gold rush. Central to Arizona, Wickenburg is a great launching point for much of the state. As you look around our little casita, you will find much of art covering the walls is of the Arizona wilderness. Looking to explore? We love this state and are happy to share our knowledge of all it has to offer.

Casita del Sol Poniente translates loosely to Little House of the Sunset. It is situated adjacent to Sunset Park and the Wickenburg Municipal Airport. A perfect place to watch planes come in and take off while admiring the mountain views. This casita is located on the property with our main house. Being that this is a new build, we still have much to do in the way of landscaping but it does not take away from the wonderfulness or use-ability of the Casita. We have 3 children, 18 chickens and 2 kitties. Do not be surprised to see at least the children out and about as they go about their daily lives. Thanks to contribution from "the Girls", guests will have fresh eggs with each stay.

Our casita is 1 bed/ 1 bath and approximately 600 sq ft. With a fully equip kitchen, standard size refrigerator, pantry and a laundry room with ample storage, it is perfect for a weekend get-a-way or a month long stay. For those traveling for business, a dedicated desk space is available along with free Wi-Fi for your work needs.

The entire casita will be available to our guests along with one dedicated parking spot adjacent to the casita.

One- 6 inch step up onto the porch. Once inside, the casita is all one level. We do NOT have grab bars at the toilet or shower and it is necessary to step into the tub.
