This casita was Built in 2015 Brand New King size mattress in 2021. Tv's in bedroom and living area. Full kitchen and laundry room. Comfortable couch that pulls out for extra sleeping. Small fenced yard and seating area with a barbeque. WIFI and satellite. It is three blocks from downtown. Very close to entrance to Simpson Arena and a few minutes drive to Rancho Rio for roping and horse boarding. We are very excited to Offer this like new casita! This western Casita was built in 2014. Brand new King size mattress in 2021. Very convenient location 3 blocks from downtown. Close to restaurants, entertainment, the museum, the theatre, and shops. Tile floors and the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, The unit also has a washer and dryer. This is a one bedroom with a king size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Bathroom has a shower. Professionally decorated. Cute little fenced and private back yard with barbecue and seating. Located less than three blocks from entrance to Simpson Arena and very close to Rancho Rio if you need to board a horse and/or rope.
