The kitchen was very well appointed; we ate breakfast and dinner there both nights of our stay. And the common areas and bathrooms were very clean. - "Cute 2bedroom, 2bath timeshare condo; rocks well for a couple or a family with one or two children. There is a Murphy wall-bed in the living room, but using it would make things incredibly tight, in my opinion. It was very quiet there, but there resort is only allowing a certain percentage of their rooms to be booked right now, due to COVID concerns. We had a lovely view of the trees, and enjoyed sitting on the little balcony and reading books and eating our meals. The electric ignition on the barbecue wasn’t working, but a quick jaunt to the front desk remedied that with a lighter; problem solved."

Located 7200 feet up in the White Mountains, Pinetop is a year-round recreational paradise offering golf, fishing, biking, hiking, birding, shopping, and a variety of water sports and snow sports. This resort consists of 1- and 2-bedroom family suites, each with a fireplace, washer and dryer, full kitchen and balcony with gas barbecue. Amenities include an outdoor pool, children's pool, 2 hot tubs, a fitness center, tennis, ping pong and pool tables, a game room and gift shop.

The space
This spacious two-bedroom resort suite measures approximately 882 square feet. You will enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom and one queen Murphy bed in the living room. Additional amenities include a full kitchen and dining room, washer/dryer, gas fireplace, balcony/terrace and a gas barbecue. Units are not air-conditioned, however, there are ceiling fans located in each unit. Maximum occupancy is six. Private sleeping area sleeps four.

Parking is limited. The resort is able to accommodate the storage of boats, trailers, and RVs by Building 14 behind the upper hot tub.
