We chose this home as it provided a room & bathroom for us and the same for our grandson. We were happy with our choice. Also I was able to cook us meals. Every morning we walked the neighborhood. It was a nice “home away from home”. Our only negative comment would be with the City of Nampa. The road construction was crazy in Nampa. And I am not a fan of all their round abouts. I am guessing some locals aren’t too happy with them either as we found some drivers not yielding when they were required to do so. We were sent on detours for almost every destination we had to take."

Due to the home being older construction, the ceiling height is on the lower side than typical (around 8ft), there is no handrail on the stairs to the backyard/basement, and the basement windows are small.

Quiet comfortable home one bedroom and your own private bathroom this is a shared space with me as the host. I will provide towels and a warm shower that is clean. Bring your toiletries and soaps. I do have wireless internet if you need that. You are welcome to be in the family room to relax or watch direct TV or Netflix. There is no TV in the room for now. The front door does have a code to enter the home. I will provide that the day you are coming. Your bedroom door has a code lock as well if you like to lock it when you leave as well.

Welcome to the central bench in Boise! My house has a large studio room with private entrance and bathroom. My place is perfect for an overnight stay when passing through town, weekend to check out downtown happenings, or even a weekly/monthly stay for a business trip. The space
My space is unique because you have your own private entrance and private access to the back shared porch. The paved driveway is for guest parking. Safety is a priority! Because of this I change the keypad code for every guest.

I share common space with my guests, the kitchen and patio. AirBnB allows me to request same gender guests. I'm a woman and this arrangement makes me feel safer. Thank you for understanding this request.

My kitchen is available to use for washing dishes (sink/dishwasker) and also freezer space if needed. If you need use of the oven just let me know. There is a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in your room. Also there are many restaurants and a large grocery store all within minutes by car.

I'm more of a hands-off host. I'm an early riser and work full-time. I do work some from home, but will be in and out throughout the day. I'm happy to answer any questions in person or via AirBnB messaging. Happy to recommend restaurants or things to do in Boise.

Meridian is one of the fastest growing cities in the one of the fastest growing states in the U.S. We have everything here: restaurants, cafés, malls, cinemas, breweries, wineries, and many local and state parks and national forests. The Boise River is only a few miles away. There are many biking and hiking trails in the foothills and on the Greenbelt along the Boise River. Wherever you are you will be able to see gorgeous mountains and phenomenal landscapes!

The space
Our house is very comfortable and close to many places in Meridian and Boise! We have many books on loan for the guests who enjoy reading during their stay. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed, two nightstands each with a lamp, a chest of drawers, a vanity with a large mirror, suitable for remote work, and a chair. Also, there is a closet with lots of hangers and storage space as well as a hamper for clothes. Your hosts will wash your clothes, linen, and towels for no additional charge during your stay. Guests have access to a full bath with tub, shower, sink, and toilet, which is SHARED with other house guests (if any). The bedroom faces the beautifully landscaped front yard, which is on the sunny southern side of the house. There is no TV in this room; however, guests with laptops with Internet connectivity will be able to stream many programs. Most of our guests have used this space successfully for remote work as the vanity can be configured as an effective work area.

Guests will have full use of the kitchen, living room and backyard. Guests may make use of off-street parking or park in our driveway. We are pleased to offer guests the use of a mountain bike and helmet during their stay.

My husband and I work outside of our home, but are here every day. We strive to be present to welcome our guests when they arrive; however, we may not be present when guests depart. This fully furnished room and mostly private bathroom are located in a central location close to shopping, downtown, and the airport. Homeowner lives in the house along with a 4-pound dog. This is a very family-friendly neighborhood and while there’s always people walking around, it’s generally very peaceful. Pool is open from Memorial Day-Labor Day and just steps away from the back patio.
