This home was very nice and comfortable with everything you need and more!!!" - "My husband & I brought our grandson to Nampa Idaho for a baseball tournament at Northwest Nazarene University. We chose this home as it provided a room & bathroom for us and the same for our grandson. We were happy with our choice. Also I was able to cook us meals. Every morning we walked the neighborhood. It was a nice “home away from home”. Our only negative comment would be with the City of Nampa. The road construction was crazy in Nampa. And I am not a fan of all their round abouts. I am guessing some locals aren’t too happy with them either as we found some drivers not yielding when they were required to do so. We were sent on detours for almost every destination we had to take."

Our house accommodates 4 guests with a private bedroom that includes a queen size Tempur-pedic mattress and a queen sized air mattress that could be set up in the bedroom or the living room area. Additional on street parking available. We are pet friendly but please be aware that our yard is not fully fenced. We have an additional pet fee of $10 per pet for each night of stay. We have a few additional house rules with pets. They must be well behaved or trained. Please keep your animals leashed when outside the cottage. My space is unique because you have your own private entrance and private access to the back shared porch. The paved driveway is for guest parking. Safety is a priority! Because of this I change the keypad code for every guest.

I share common space with my guests, the kitchen and patio. AirBnB allows me to request same gender guests. I'm a woman and this arrangement makes me feel safer. Thank you for understanding this request.

My kitchen is available to use for washing dishes (sink/dishwasker) and also freezer space if needed. If you need use of the oven just let me know. There is a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in your room. Also there are many restaurants and a large grocery store all within minutes by car.

Meridian is one of the fastest growing cities in the one of the fastest growing states in the U.S. We have everything here: restaurants, cafés, malls, cinemas, breweries, wineries, and many local and state parks and national forests. The Boise River is only a few miles away. There are many biking and hiking trails in the foothills and on the Greenbelt along the Boise River. Wherever you are you will be able to see gorgeous mountains and phenomenal landscapes!

Our house is very comfortable and close to many places in Meridian and Boise! We have many books on loan for the guests who enjoy reading during their stay. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed, two nightstands each with a lamp, a chest of drawers, a vanity with a large mirror, suitable for remote work, and a chair. Also, there is a closet with lots of hangers and storage space as well as a hamper for clothes. Your hosts will wash your clothes, linen, and towels for no additional charge during your stay. Guests have access to a full bath with tub, shower, sink, and toilet, which is SHARED with other house guests (if any). The bedroom faces the beautifully landscaped front yard, which is on the sunny southern side of the house. There is no TV in this room; however, guests with laptops with Internet connectivity will be able to stream many programs. Most of our guests have used this space successfully for remote work as the vanity can be configured as an effective work area.

Guests will have full use of the kitchen, living room and backyard. Guests may make use of off-street parking or park in our driveway. We are pleased to offer guests the use of a mountain bike and helmet during their stay.

Guests have their own bedroom and private bathroom. There is a comfortable queen bed and a big yard to lounge in with all the mint you could possibly want. The location is centrally located between Eagle (10 min), Meridian (15 min) and downtown Boise (12 min).

The space
Large guest room with private bathroom in adjacent hallway. Owner works remotely in 3rd bedroom and usually is closed away during her work day. Large washer and dryer, eat in kitchen, outdoor covered dining area with fenced in yard/fire pit, large living room. This is the owner's primary residence, however travel takes her out of the area quite often, so the place will be empty other than yourself.

Large friendly dog and snuggly cat on premise.

Extra twin bed available if needed.

Guest access
Full use of house and yard, outside of the owner's master bedroom and private office. Garage is not available for use.

During your stay
This is the primary resident of the home owner who works 100% remotely in a closed office/3rd bedroom. Travel takes the owner out of the area on a regular basis.

This comfortable room has a queen-sized bed, closet and even private entry. The house is just a block from the Boise Greenbelt, three blocks from the freeway & is just minutes from all you want to experience in Boise. Includes access to kitchen, living room, laundry and restroom.

The space
This room doesn't offer many frills but comes at an unbeatable price for guests that want a comfortable, clean place to stay without breaking the bank. The room are great for low-maintenance guests that are passing through or just want a simple home base for adventures or work.
This particular room has a private entrance as seen in the picture. If you'd like to use it please let me know ahead of time so I can put the key in place.
Blackout curtains will make sure you can sleep at any time of day that suits you!
I offer two bedrooms on Air B&B. If there is a guest in the other room you will be sharing a bathroom with the other guest, but not with me as I have my own bathroom upstairs. This situation is more common in the spring and summer and less common in the fall and winter due to demand. . I will always try to let guests know if there are bookings in both rooms.

Guests of this room will have access to the room, downstairs bathroom and the kitchen or laundry rooms if they're needed. Guests may also enjoy the living room and the TV/DVD/Blu Ray player.
