The Vista Tent is a park and hike about a quarter mile uphill on to a beautiful canvas tent site overlooking a sunset view of forested hills. On clear nights you will enjoy immaculate views of the stars and Milky Way. Enjoy artisan made comfortable chairs around a gas fireplace. A sturdy swing hangs from the Oak near the patio. A BBQ is provided with basic cookware and dishes and a hand crafted weatherproof kitchen. Drinking water provided. Private toilet with its own beautiful views of the neighboring vineyard. An outside table for two and chairs for two on the patio. Solar lights light up the outside all with on/off switches to create a personalized atmosphere. The canvas sided tent is raised off of the pavered patio and includes a full size bed with soft sheets and a cozy Pendleton quilt. Battery powered lights inside and a heater to keep you warm on cold nights. There is a desk inside with two vintage chairs that make a great spot to create your most creative writing pieces or eat a meal. There are hiking trails around the property with seasonal creeks. A treehouse is a short walk away with beautiful vineyard views, a great spot for a picnic.

You supply the Van Or RV to sleep in. The overnight parking space is next to our 45 stall horse barn. To the South is horse pastures, Lake Labish Valley and City of Keizer. There is a 120 volt power cord that you can use.

Lake Labish area has been farmed, since early 1800s. Over the years, the lake bottom (peatmoss) has been composting and getting lower. The land is flooding more then 10 years ago. You will be parking overnight on an older concrete pad where there was an onion barn. There is a portable toilet for you to use. It is about 40 feet wide and about 100 feet long. The parts of the land not flooding, we rent out to small famers like 1 or 3 acres. Then in the back by the railroad track is our horse barn we rent out stalls, there are about 45 stalls.

Our 1959 Airstream Globester is an amazing little gem! It's been fully restored and decked out in a great retro martini theme that is tons of fun.

A Little History

Not a lot is known regarding the origins of M-System Manufacturing Company other than the early “coach-style” models are extremely rare. They started operations in 1935 and built trailers through the 60′s. Early models, such as our 1951 Special Deluxe, reflect many of the same characteristics as cars from this era. The M-System’s front corner windows, called Hollywood Windows, were made of curved glass. At the time, other trailer manufactures were using Plexiglas as a less expensive and inferior alternative.

Our 27 foot 1951 M-System Special Deluxe is definitely something special. The original restoration was started by “Aloha” Dan in Orange Country and then finished off by FlyteCamp. When you step into it you’re immersed in the original pine woodwork that covers practically every surface. Our favorite feature in this trailer is the cozy bedroom where you can snuggle in a queen size bed surrounded by beautiful wood walls in every direction. It’s something you have to experience to truly appreciate.

There is no WiFi in The City View yet, but if you are near the pool there is WiFi and We can provide the password upon request.

Also we need to know if you are allergic to air fresheners so that we do not put them on or take them off before your arrival, please. Communication is our priority. We try to maintain a pleasant and clean environment that is why we use air fresheners.

You will be staying in a hip and trendy camper trailer that sits on the property of my personal residence. You will be situated behind my closed gate with full access to the back yard including the pool, deck, hot tub, lounge area, seating area, fire table, hammocks and gas grill. There is also plenty of lawn for competitive corn hole.

Guest access
All guests have access to one parking space in drive way as well as street parking. Guests will have private access to this beautiful camper trailer. And FULL access to the back yard and everything you see included. The back yard is a shared space with the owners, but the owners will rarely be found out there while guests are using the space.

Other things to note
The unit and back yard is for registered guests only. However, if you wish to invite someone over, simply let Kevin or Kristie know. Any visitors MUST be accompanied by the registered guest.
