This cute boutique room has 2 Queens with a full bath room just off the coast of city of Mendocino. Wake up and smell the fresh breeze of the coastal air with a short walk around the property that gives views of the ocean. We have only 2 guest rooms. They are above the restaurant, have nice views of ocean and town. We are centrally located right in town within walking distance to beaches, headlands, shopping and restaurants. No need to get in the car once you arrive. We DO NOT accept small children, as the space is not safe for little kids. The windows don't have screens, and the stairs are very steep. We also are not handicap accessible. The restaurant is, but not the rooms.

The space
We have 3 rooms located above the restaurant. They are pretty quiet. The restaurant closes at 8:30 or 9. So the restaurant is usually quiet by 10 on weekdays and 11 at the latest on weekends. The rooms have nice views of town, room 1 has a beautiful ocean view.

Guest access
Guests have keys to the front door, and separate keys to each room. If you will be checking in late, a code can be provided to get keys.

Other things to note
It is important to know that room 1 has an ocean view and the bathroom is across the hall. Room 3 has it's own bathroom with shower in the room.

This is a Studio style room that is attached to a single family home. It has its own private entrance and private bathroom. It has a garden view from some of the windows. The unit does share a wall with the single family home. If we have guests occupying the house during your stay you may hear the other guests. The property is minutes from Downtown Mendocino. The studio was recently renovated it is light, bright and comfortable.
