The space
This house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms with ceiling fans throughout. Each room and bathroom is tastefully furnished and move in ready with basics supplies ( including towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies ect.). The bedrooms each have queen size luxury hybrid mattresses with large amounts of usable closet space. The living room is cozy and furnished with beautiful art, couches, a fireplace, TV ect. The newly remodeled kitchen is a guest favorite, with new appliances and is also fully equipped.

Our house is located on a main thoroughfare in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It has ample parking on a large driveway, and a 2-car garage. The large backyard is fully fenced, with fruit-producing trees, a covered patio, and a herb garden.

There are three bedrooms. The "Master" bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. It opens onto a patio through a glass sliding door, giving access to the backyard. A comfortable armchair with foot-rest in a reading corner faces the yard. The "Traveler" bedroom, with full bed and relaxing armchair, is across the hallway. The "Junior" bedroom houses two twin beds, with large pillows.

In each room, a study corner with a sleek desk and adjustable lighting welcomes those of you visiting the area for work or business, providing an ideal place to study and house your laptops. You'll find USB ports for easy charging, with Surge-protectors to pamper your electronic devices. There is plenty room to hang your clothes in each of the three sliding door closets.

The kitchen is open , with a peninsula separating it from the formal dining area. It is equipped with full-size gas stove and electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, side-by-side fridge-freezer, Keurig machine, blender, versatile toaster... You'll find cooking essentials (pots, pans, cooking utensils...), basic dinning-wear.

The sitting room has a fireplace (natural gas ), a large flat screen TV hooked-up to Roku, sitting for 6, and bamboo hardwood floor. The rest of the house is tiled, except for the carpeted bedrooms.

Very clean and spacious home and front and back yards. Lots of mature trees. I live in this single floor house of almost 3,000 sq ft. I live in the house with two young cats. My room is at the opposite extreme to the guests' rooms, so you just see me when you need me. I give space to my guests but I am immediately available to resolve any issue.

The room is 13 x 11 sq. ft. sq ft and it has a huge closet, water filter, mini kitchenette and kitchen and a big and beautiful front and back yard.
Shared bathroom only with another guest if the other bedroom is occupied.

We clean your room and bathroom every other week.

Guest access
Access to your room through a separate door. You have access to living and sunroom, kitchen, laundry room. There are two additional rooms for rent. The entire house is not available for rent. No parties. Adults only. Time quiet 11 p.m. The pool is not heated and not fence.

This is a single floor house with only one step in two areas. One from the living room to the sun room and other from the sun room to the hall that take you to the bedroom.

The kitchen has all that you’ll need including spices, microwave, stove top oven, convention oven toaster, rice cooker, blender, Tupperware’s, teapot and coffee maker. The living room has a comfortable couch, a large screen TV, Blu-ray DVD, and family board games. Play pen and baby chair for families. Laundry and dryer available. The bathroom is organized so each guest can have a safe place to put their personal belongings in. There is a dining area in the backyard that allows for peaceful breakfast or meditation overlooking a thoughtfully landscaped backyard and some fruits to enjoy depending on the season.

5. No pets allowed in the house. We love pets and have our own but we leave them at home due to sensitivities and allergies that it can present.

😃 This 1,400 sq. ft. home sits on a quarter-acre lot featuring a spacious backyard with ample grass and patio areas. The open floor plan is perfect for socializing with guests. Each bedroom offers generous walking space and large closets for your belongings. Additionally, every room is equipped with ceiling fans and lights for your comfort.

Guest access
You will have full access to the home besides a locked linen+ supply closet / a cabinet and a locked garage. Depending on how long your stay is, you may see some of the vehicles I keep parked in the driveway coming and going or hear me accessing the locked off garage at my own discretion.

“Due to the brief turnover time between guests, you may find laundry in the washer or dryer. This indicates we did not have enough time to complete it before your arrival. Please feel free to relocate it as needed during your stay.

“The hot tub is cleaned and maintained professionally on a weekly basis, the landscaping is also done on a weekly basis. The cleaning between guest’s is done by myself and a professional team. I personally go through the house on a regular basis, checking that things are working properly ( lightbulbs, light switches, sauna, smoker, TV remotes, locks ect). but it’s not possible to check everything every time between guests. This means that you might find something that is not working optimally is damaged or missing. If that’s the case, please let us know so we can address the issue right away. Welcome to our charming guest house, tucked away on our property's rear side, complete with abundant parking. The front house is home to long-term tenants, and we also have a 1,000 sq ft storage space that we use from time to time.

To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all, we kindly request that you respect the privacy of each other and our neighbors. Please note that we have quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, during which outdoor activities should be minimized. For insurance reasons, we need an accurate count of overnight guests.

EVENTS: We love being a part of your special moments, but please obtain our approval BEFORE booking. ACCESS
Please advise that the entire property will be accessible during your stay, with three exceptions: the safe lock in bedroom #3 in the closet, the storage room in the backyard and the shed on the side of the property.

SECURITY
For your safety, there are 3 outdoor security cameras on the property. Outdoor cameras are located at the front entrance, left side front of the property entrance, and the side facing the AC system.

Guests agree to keep the property in good condition and are financially responsible for any items missing or broken. By booking this home, you are AGREEING to these house rules, and you agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay at this home.

Guest access
We value your privacy, and you'll have complete and uninterrupted access to the entire home during your stay. We offer a convenient keyless entry system, so there's no need for in-person key exchanges. Once your booking is confirmed, we'll promptly send you the access code to make your check-in seamless.

PARKING
Driveway Parking: Our spacious driveway can accommodate up to 3 to 4 vehicles. It's a secure and convenient place to park your cars.

Please note that the entire property is at your disposal, ensuring you can fully enjoy your stay. However, there are three exceptions for your safety and the efficiency of our cleaning crew:

--Safe Storage: The Safe is located in the 3rd bedroom (kids room) in the closet. Storage is used for our cleaning crew to store replenishables for your stay.

--Backyard Storage Room: Storage room is also used by our cleaning crew. Please do NOT attempt to enter.

--Side Storage Shed: Please do NOT enter or open the shed as this stores other belongings for the property.

CHECK-OUT is at 11am. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Late fee(s) will be accrued if checkout is not complete by 10am. Late check-outs are NOT AVAILABLE as our cleaning crew needs sufficient time to clean/prepare home for same day guests.

CHECK OUT PROCEDURE
Before you depart, please follow these simple check-out instructions:

--Place all used towels in the washing machine. You do not need to start the wash.
--Ensure all doors are securely locked. The front door can be locked by pressing the “YALE” logo on the keypad.
--Turn off all lights to conserve energy.
--Dispose of any remaining trash in the provided trash bins.

--Toilet Care: Do not throw toilet paper or any female products in the toilet. We provide trash bins in the restrooms for proper disposal. Toilets can be sensitive, and in the event of plumbing issues, guests will be responsible for any repair charges.
