- "We stayed the week of September 2, 2024. The Pictures fit the description perfectly, The condo is really nice!!! Having our own parking Space was extremely convenient because the street parking fills up. The queen bed is really comfortable. The condo is located minutes from everything we wanted to do. The hosts Mike and Dawn are very friendly, easy to reach, and respond quickly to any request you have . Drawbacks are… there’s no air conditioning in this unit, only a ceiling fan in the kitchen and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Unfortunately, there was a heat wave the week we were there and it made the unit extremely warm so we bought a couple of box fans for extra circulation. The dishes and pans could be updated, the silverware is extremely small ( not regular size ), not many small appliances like a blender or a mixer, no ironing board, and iron. There is no washer and dryer, but that was ok because we found a great laundromat down the street Coast Laundry, it’s a really nice laundromat clean and the staff is friendly.. coast-laundry.com We definitely enjoyed our stay and had a lot of fun. thank you for having us"

Now I will say the pictures are quite accurate but the home itself is not what you expect the neighborhood is just weird in general some guy standing outside with a jacket, shorts & boots in 108 degree weather. The parking is horrible. Never can find street parking no matter what time of day it is. The home doesn’t have central AC only ac units which only would cool down whatever room it’s in. So the rest of the house is HOT. I contacted eve who was trying her best to help because the downstairs ac did not work at all the first 3 days so they came and brought another unit which cooled down a little bit but at anytime the lights would go out and I have to keep switching the breaker box on and off. As a guest this shouldn’t be happening in 105-115 degree weather days. For the first 2 days barely had any water because they kept turning it off. I would just recommend doing more research or contacting the property to see if those problems are solved. Good price but you get what you pay for."

Was unaware of that (wanted to have upstairs patio for fireworks and art studies but couldn’t do so) it is an upstairs and down stairs unit so you don’t have the entire place as pictured just the downstairs only. They do have a shared backyard separate from what is pictured that was nice however with seating and a garden. It’s gated parking which is nice for security but you do have to coordinate with the upstairs neighbor to move the cars often since you can block each other in different times of the day and there’s close to no street parking. That can sometimes be an inconvenience especially if you leave out in the morning but blocked in. "

For people coming to Los Angeles for the first time,note that the city is remarkably widespread,the means for transportation of choice remains car or Uber/Lyft.
The public transportation usually lengthens traveling time due to number of stops along the lines and connecting times so every destination may seem to be far, by most country standards.
Points of interest and touristic sites are between 5 and 15 miles to north,south and west of our location.

There are no other operating cameras at the home. We want you to have a great time, but please be respectful of our home and more importantly, our neighbors. We do not allow any parties at our home. We operate a device called Wynd Sentry which actively monitors noise and smoke (tobacco, marijuana & vaping) and alerts us if there is noise and/or smoke detected.
