This amazing, centrally-located home is located minutes from LA & Orange County major sights & full of amenities! The kitchen holds every detail to show off your chef skills. There are three spacious bedrooms, boasting queens in two and a double in the third. All have mounted flat screen "smart" TVs. LA breezes are easily felt with a screen door, many windows for natural lighting, patios off of two of the three bedrooms and a large yard/courtyard. There are two full baths with soaking tubs in each; one is an en suite master bath! A L shaped sofa with chaise adorns the main room. Watch your favorite show on the 65" TV in the living room. I have owned my home for over 20 years and I must say I have the best neighbors and neighborhood that anyone can ask for. My house is about 20 minutes away from LAX airport. Only about 10 minutes away from the Sofi stadium the home of the LA rams and the intuit center home of the Los Angeles Clippers. Only about 10 minutes from downtown, the Nokia theater and the Crypto Arena , home of the Los Angeles Lakers. Only about 25 minutes from Disneyland . The beaches are 25 to 45 minutes away. Located in the beautiful the hub city , Rosewood. This lovely house offers 2 bedrooms with a queen and full beds . Has a spacious dining and living room. - "The property looked how it was online. The check-in was didn’t go as smoothly as expected but the Host made up for it with being super nice, attentive, and easy to contact. The overall property was good but the location may tick some people off. Before booking this property, make sure to look up the Google street views and decide for yourself if you’ll be comfortable In the location of the place. Property has most if not all, of the stuff we needed. I guess my only recommendation is to replace some of the old furniture like the swivel chair and table, and maybe change the carpet because it has that weird smell from being not dried completely.
