- "I have to start this review by saying that I have stayed at a number of rental properties in CA and the responsiveness from this property manager is the best I have ever experienced. I had several questions before and during my stay and I received responses immediately. The directions to the home were clear and the entry process was easy and quick. The description of the property was spot on. The home is tastefully renovated and comfortable. I stayed with my husband, two teenage sons and two Boston Terriers. The rooms were spotless, the beds were very comfortable and the backyard was perfect for my dogs to run around in. My sons (ages 14 and 15) really enjoyed the ping pong and foosball tables in the climate-controlled garage. Each room has it's own heating and cooling unit which allowed us to enjoy different temperatures while sleeping. The neighborhood was very quiet. It was close to Knotts Berry Farm (a $20 uber ride) as well as near restaurants and other amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will absolutely stay again if we head to Knotts Berry Farm!"

- Guest have full access to the house with exception of linen closets
- Washer and dryer are available with a small fee
Other things to note
- Cleaning company charge us 35 per pet per night. Please contact the host if you have pets.
- 2 car parking in front of the garage. If you need more, you can just park in front of the two car on the street or find street parking
- To turn on string light there is a switch on the plug itself.
- Please turn off lights and appliance when leaving the house.
- We are not refilling gas BBQ grill so you would have to bring the empty tank to Home Depot or Walmart to exchange due to our house keeper no longer doing this.

PLEASE NOTE:

We have exterior cameras in the property for security and insurance purposes.

For any stay longer than 30 days, there is a utilities cap of $400.
The cap applies to water, electricity, and gas.
Trash, Wi-Fi, lawn care, and pool service are included.
If your usage exceeds the utilities cap, you will be responsible for the excess.
