Don't judge a book by its cover. On the outside, the home looks like your typical neighborhood house, but on the inside, it was completely updated to meet your expectations of a cozy, clean charming rental. over all aesthetically pleasing.

- "It looks like the owner is newer to the vacation rental business so maybe some of these things are already on his to do list? The little house itself is aesthetically pleasing. The exterior of the property is not what I expected and the parking situation is less than ideal. I guess it's a street parking situation but was unaware of that until after. Some things to be aware of before renting this property, the fridge isn't full sized,there is no dishwasher, tv is difficult to use and there is no printed house info like in most vrbos I've rented. I could deal with all of that but the lack of AC was a real bummer. It was too hot to sleep comfortably. I think with a dishwasher and an ac unit this could be a nice little rental."

Luckily I had taken screen shots. We chose this property over another, less expensive one due to the amenities so it was a big deal. We negotiated a partial refund with vrbo customer service. About a week later we had not gotten our refund. I tried to contact the owner again with no response. Luckily i was able to get my refund by contacting vrbo customer service again."

The unit is on a 2nd floor with its private entrance and private parking inside the property....the unit consists of 2 bedrooms, the larger bedroom has a balcony, the unit also has 1 bathroom and a dining/kitchen area with a couch, the bedrooms each have a queen bed, tv and a place to sit and relax..the unit could accommodate 2 couples very comfortably. We are close to all major freeways and only about 12 miles from Los Angeles and 20 min drive to Disneyland.

- "We were a group of 6 and the space was lovely. A way out of LA but LA is so vast. Great amenities and space outside for all of us to just chill and chat over coffee. We had to head into downtown a few times for events and we all said how grateful we were to get back to the house. Lots of towels, beds all made up, toiletries and having a washer and drier were a great addition. Not a modern property if that’s what you’re after, but we felt it was a home away from home. . We had such a great week and wouldn't hesitate to recommend."

The home comes with high speed FIOS internet. There are TVs in each of the bedrooms and in the living room.
