- "Very lovely unit that fit my family of 6. My host was very attentive and I will reccomend to my family and friends!" - "The host was great! The apartment served its purpose. The only major downfall of this VRBO was the neighbor that lives in the apartment just across from the unit. He walked over while we were checking in was asking us a million questions and said he KNEW THE LOCKBOX CODE?!?! That made us really uneasy. Turns out he did not know the code, thank God. The area isn’t great (no fault of the host). but the host and unit were great and perfect for what we needed."

Beautiful stay near Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, and only 25 min to drive to LA! We also have restaurants and shops nearby. Enjoy a morning stroll to grab an aesthetic coffee, or walk over to the park for fresh air. This stay puts you in a safe area with everything you need nearby!

- "We liked this property" - "This site was fine for our short stay in California. However, I was not overly impressed with the site or owners. First off, no check in information was shared prior to our departure. VRBO site told us to contact the owner. I shouldn't have to contact the owner. Sure enough, no information was shared prior to our departure, I emailed via the VRBO site and still got no response. Finally, on day of departure, I texted the owner and finally got an answer. But even then, it was incomplete. The final code to access the property wasn't given until 6:30 pm. Luckily we were still enroute, but check-in time was 3pm. We could have arrived prior to actually having the code inhand to access the property. Other things: - There are no convenient electrical plugs. It was difficult to use appliances and chargers etc. - There wasn't a full set of glasses to use (1 glass, 2 wine glasses, etc). - Because there wasn't a dishwasher, we were expected to do dishes, which is fine. However, there was no sponge, dishcloth or dishtowels to use. - On top of that, there wasn't even bathroom washcloths or hand towels to use. - We had to use a bath towel to dry hands and dishes. - There was a hole in the comforter and no rug (as depicted in photo) in the bedroom."

- "We aren’t picky people, especially when it comes to a one night stay before we were off to our next stop. I think this place has a lot of potential and with it being a new listing I think it will only get better. However, the cleanliness of the apartment left a lot to be desired. The sheets in one room were permanently stained. To the hosts credit they offered to get replacements over. Unfortunately, discovering stained sheets right as you’re about to lay down to sleep is not ideal, and I opted to just quickly get to bed on the futon. It was just my elderly father and I on this trip and he reported that the shower drain backed up, and as such, took as quick a shower as he could so he didn’t have to stand in the pooled water long. I skipped the shower to escape the same experience. There were a number of other frustrations; however, the last item I’ll bother listing here is the discrepancy between the checkout instructions on the VRBO app and the instructions sent to me by the host. VRBO had checkout listed as 11am and the instructions sent by the host had 10am the checkout time. I hope these criticisms are handled constructively. Best of luck! Oh! And I forgot my hat there! :("

- "Overall property was really well maintained, kitchen was clean and had specimens available to use. Only down fall is that there was no napkins available nor electric hand mixture in the kitchen area, over all area was peaceful. A lot of shopping centers to walk around. Will be staying here again! Very peaceful environment to stay in."
