Other things to note

Please enjoy your stay at The Song Bird House, but treat the home as if it were your own and respect the neighbors. All pets need to be cleaned up after and kept on the property otherwise additional charges may occur. Please ensure the hot tub is kept clean and soap free. If the hot tub needs to be drained after your stay there will be a $200 fee. There is no smoking allowed inside the home or hot tub.

Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious.The covered deck and the patio under the trees gave shade when needed. The hot tub clean and was enjoyed at night. The kitchen was well stocked. Even a high chair for the littlest one. The kids had fun with the foosball and crokinole board. The yard was large and fully fenced (that’s a big plus for kids and dog). The beach was close, clean and beautiful (even a water splash park was there). Owners were quick to respond with any inquiries we had. We would definitely 100% stay here again. Only “slight” issue was bedroom ceilings are low creating navigation concerns in the middle of the night. The stairs leading up to the bedroom are narrow and can be challenging as well, noting the bathroom is located on the main floor. Even though we didn't meet owner, made us feel welcome with a binder listing all the info we needed for amenities close by. Low ceiling in bedroom took some getting used to, but really enjoyed stay. Enjoy your stay in Sicamous in this beautiful two bedroom waterfront condo. Comes with a boat slip (Max 24 ft boot) and two underground parking stalls( most trailers do not fit in parking stalls). When not out on the boat enjoying the beautiful lake you can sit by the heated pool and hot tub. (Pool and hot tub are open from June to Sept long weekend only)**Pool and Hot tub maybe closed Sept 6/2022 for the session for repairs. Just a short walk and you are at the sandy public beach and park. Bring your clubs and enjoy the many golf courses near by. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

In the winter is a perfect stay for Sledders and other winter sports.

There is so much to see and do in Sicamous off the water, as well! Take the kids for a round of mini-golf, go go-carting, pet the calves and enjoy fresh ice cream at the D Dutchmen Dairy or bring home a load of fresh BC Fruit at Fruitland! We are 20-25mins from Salmon Arm, which features an outdoor water park. In the other direction, check out the Enchanted Forest 45mins away in Revelstoke.

*High season (July/August) - $3,500/ week (Saturday to Saturday)
*Shoulder season (May/June and Labour day to Thanksgiving) - $2,150/week - save and enjoy Sicamous when it is less crowded and busy!! The perfect seasons for golf before the summer heat.
Please note, pool is open mid-May to mid-September, hot tub is open from beginning of May to Thanksgiving weekend.

Maximum occupancy of 9 renters, including children, and maximum of 2 vehicles - there is one outdoor parking spot and one underground. NO boat trailer parking, but there is parking available at several storage facilities in town.
