The home is fully furnished and includes all bedding, towels, bbq, large hot tub, free WIFI, multiple TVs equipped with Netflix/cable and a dream kitchen fully equipped to host large functions. Other things to note

Please enjoy your stay at The Song Bird House, but treat the home as if it were your own and respect the neighbors. All pets need to be cleaned up after and kept on the property otherwise additional charges may occur. Please ensure the hot tub is kept clean and soap free. If the hot tub needs to be drained after your stay there will be a $200 fee. There is no smoking allowed inside the home or hot tub.

Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious.The covered deck and the patio under the trees gave shade when needed. The hot tub clean and was enjoyed at night. The kitchen was well stocked. Even a high chair for the littlest one. The kids had fun with the foosball and crokinole board. The yard was large and fully fenced (that’s a big plus for kids and dog). The beach was close, clean and beautiful (even a water splash park was there). Owners were quick to respond with any inquiries we had. We would definitely 100% stay here again. Only “slight” issue was bedroom ceilings are low creating navigation concerns in the middle of the night. The stairs leading up to the bedroom are narrow and can be challenging as well, noting the bathroom is located on the main floor. Overall a great stay." - "A block from the beach & 5 minutes drive to Sicamous. Quiet Neighborhood, and very comfortable suite. Even though we didn't meet owner, made us feel welcome with a binder listing all the info we needed for amenities close by. Low ceiling in bedroom took some getting used to, but really enjoyed stay. Enjoy your stay in Sicamous in this beautiful two bedroom waterfront condo. Comes with a boat slip (Max 24 ft boot) and two underground parking stalls( most trailers do not fit in parking stalls). When not out on the boat enjoying the beautiful lake you can sit by the heated pool and hot tub. (Pool and hot tub are open from June to Sept long weekend only)**Pool and Hot tub maybe closed Sept 6/2022 for the session for repairs. Just a short walk and you are at the sandy public beach and park. Bring your clubs and enjoy the many golf courses near by. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

In the winter is a perfect stay for Sledders and other winter sports.

Grandview Shores unit 111 is beautiful single story 3-bedroom condo in the Grandview Shores complex on pristine Mara Lake, BC! There is so much to see and do in Sicamous off the water, as well! We are 20-25mins from Salmon Arm, which features an outdoor water park. In the other direction, check out the Enchanted Forest 45mins away in Revelstoke.

The Space
This cozy cabin boasts a large deck, nestled in and amongst the tall towering trees, with a view of the beach and lake, creating a truly cozy cabin feel. And, just a short stroll down to the beach. Enjoy cooking on the grill and dining outside!

​Thecabin comfortably sleeps 6 guests. The kitchen is fully stocked, all linens are provided; 24" TV with Chromecast; XBox w/ games as well as board games.

This property also offers 2 kayaks, life jackets, beach chairs and 2 tennis rackets for guest use.

There is one parking space available behind the cabin. Additional parking is located outside of the resort fence. We ask that there be no more than 2 vehicles.

Boats and personal watercraft are to be launched and removed by the onsite property manger of the resort only. This will be done for a charge of $15 each for entry and removal. Moorage costs are $18 per day and $10 for personal watercraft and payable to the onsite property manager.

The Riverside is an ideal waterfront condo centrally located in Sicamous. We offer a safe, barrier free and fun environment for all ages in all seasons. We are nestled in the interior of Beautiful British Columbia where opportunities to explore are endless. Situated on the crystal clear lakes of the Shuswap that span an impressive 89km/55miles there are over 17 villages and towns that flank the Shuswap waterways. In addition there are numerous larger urban centres such as Revelatoke, Kelowna, Vernon and Kamloops within an hours drive all with their own unique points of interest and charm. Salmon Arm is only 20 minutes and provides access to almost all that a Big City would offer. Sicamous is almost half way between Calgary and Vancouver. Many of our guest rent as a perfect place to spend quality time with family and friends. It is a town of less than 3000 people where the average person can walk the entire circumference within an hour or two. Most guests visit the famous Dutchman Dairy and buy locally grown fruit and vegetable across the street.

We are a working middle class, middle age couple who love to share our accommodations with others when we can't be here to enjoy the place. All of the amenities and consumables "just like home" are here for you, right down to the coffee and ketchup. We just ask that if you use the last of it you replace it.

The second bedroom is off the main bedroom, but it is also accessible through the patio, so that’s how we accessed it to provide privacy. There are so many pots, pans, and dishes that we could make everything we wanted. The Marina slip accommodates a 25'3" boat. Guests must use their own mooring lines and use the slip at their own risk. Neither the home owner or property manager are responsible for theft or damage while your boat is moored in the Marina. The marina has key access only.

Check-in time is between 4 - 10pm as guests must use the intercom upon arrival to gain access from the property manager. Once inside the condo, keys are provided for the front door.

The BBQ is off of the living room on the balcony. There is a seasonal hot tub and pool, wifi is included. Our condo is within walking distance to every amenity that you could need including the public beach which has life jackets to use if you have forgotten one. We have seen the Aurora many times from our condo if you are there when it is happening get ready for the most beautiful sky you have ever seen.

Welcome to Mara Vida Cabin. This cozy cabin is tucked in the trees at Buena Vista Resort, Mara Lake, Sicamous, B.C. *Sleeps 5 guests with kids. It has been fully updated with a bright interior, new furnishings & all the comforts of home with a/c, full kitchen & laundry. It is steps away from the resort's private beach with swim-up dock, slide and marina. Enjoy a peaceful morning coffee on the large private patio before hitting the beach and enjoying Mara Lake Life.

The space
*** Please Read *** To adhere to the Sicamous zoning bylaw (Jan.2023) for Short-Term Rentals, we can only accommodate a max of 4 adult guests (not including children). As our cabin is a cozy 2 bedroom (queen + bunkbed) we welcome up to 5 guests with children as our space & resort is best suited for families.

The Cabin:
- 2 Bedroom with a queen bed & single over double bunkbed
- 1 bathroom with shower and stacked washer/dryer
- full kitchen with fridge, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, cook-top, toaster oven/air-fryer & dishwasher
- comfortable living space and large private deck with outdoor seating, outdoor dining table, bbq and propane fire table.
- fully-stocked with bedding, towels, laundry & cleaning supplies & toiletries
- family friendly with patio safety gates, playpen, highchair & kids games/toys.
- outdoor play equipment available to use at cabin (2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, bikes, tennis, horseshoe, beach toys/chairs, wagon)

The Resort:
- private beach, swim-up dock with slide

- common area beach fire pit (adhere to resort rules & fire bans)

The Marina:

- maximum boat length is 23' excluding pulpit, swim deck & motor
- copy of boat or personal watercraft insurance policy must be provided to manager
- $18/day moorage for boats - $10/day for personal watercraft - $15/each launch + load (by manager only - onsite boat launch)
- empty trailers will be parked by manager in secured common storage area
>>> Please note that the marina is dated and planned for replacement. The new dock/marina design looks amazing and we're eagerly waiting for final approvals & construction tentatively Fall 2024.

Things to know:
- Buena Vista Resort is a strata community most suited for families.
- No smoking, no parties/events, please respect the neighbours and follow all strata guidelines.
- No pets... sorry we love them too, but the resort isn't best suited for them.

Guest access
The entire cabin is for our guests to use & enjoy. We've tried to include everything and more that you might need during your stay.
All of the water toys/play equipment belong to the cabin and are available for our guests to use.
Buena Vista Resort Amenities: playground, tennis courts, beach and swim dock are fully accessible by our guests and the marina with boat moorage is also available at an additional cost.

When you stay here in the summer, you are just minutes away from the beautiful Mara and Shuswap beaches. For the winter enthusiasts, the snowmobile trailheads are only a 4-minute drive from the door.

This space was thoughtfully curated to reflect the warmth and shade of the jungle 🌿

Amazing location, minutes away from restaurants, groceries, pharmacy, liquor store, etc.

We love our tech, cold drinks + hot coffee - so you will find USB ports in the living room and bedroom. Filtered water in the fridge. And various ways to brew your coffee ☕️

KITCHEN • We are also BIG foodies and love to cook, so our kitchen has everything you need to whip up any meals on the go or for a night in 🍴🍷

PATIO • Our patio is east-facing away from the pool and marina, so it receives beautiful morning light but stays quiet and cool from the hot summer sun ☀️ There are two super comfy chairs and a BBQ on the patio 🕶

BOAT SLIP • Our boat slip is in the buildings gorgeous new marina and accommodates one 24 foot boat ( must include ladders, motors, fixed attachments, etc ) 🚤

POOL • The pool and hot tub are available during the summer ( mid June until mid September ) 💦 Please follow the building rules and hours in place.

PARKING • We have one outdoor parking spot and one indoor parking spot 🚘

MUSIC • Our Bluetooth Bose Revolve speaker is small, yet she is mighty!!!!!! 🔊

Our gated, 2 bedroom cabin is perfect for families. We are very close (less than 1 minute walk) to Mara Lake. The cabin is comfortable, tastefully decorated and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped, and all linens are provided.Enjoy Shuswap Coffee on the deck every morning, go for a swim and a boat ride, or explore the near by hiking trails.
