" - "As we pulled into the parking lot to check in, there was a fire going in a community fire pit area. It was so welcoming!! I was early to check in, so the lady was making phone calls to the staff to find out a ETA, in the meantime, I was asked if I would like a welcoming sangria, and of course I accepted. As our room was not ready, the receptionist would call me as soon as our cabin was ready. As we pulled in to our cabin area, there was a bundle of wood, and chairs for us to use. The cabin was fantastic, the gas fire place was running and the heated floors were warming up to temperature also. We stay in a cabin with an separate room so my grandson could have his day time naps in a quiet area, it was very spacious. We also had our morning breakfast in the little bistro, and it was a 5 star meal, hands down. All the staff that we spoke with during our visit were unbelievable. I will be coming back and recommending this place to stay."

Located one half block from downtown you can park in your dedicated parking stall and walk to local shops and restaurants in minutes. Have a few too many "pops"? You can't get lost, just head west toward the Whistler's SkyTram and you'll get back to our place. Just keep an eye out for the elk and mule deer that like to "mow" my lawn.

This stylish and clean 1 bed-room suite has it’s own entrance, a full equipped kitchen, laundry and a cozy living room to relax.

In the Winter, besides the awesome vista's, there is hiking, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, down hill skiing, fat biking, canyon crawling and many a venturous outings.

This 800 sq ft apartment is a great place to relax and kick back after a day of exploring Jasper! The apartment has everything you need including a fully equipped kitchenette (no stove provided), a large master bedroom with plenty of space to unpack and stretch out, two television sets (one in living room and one in master bedroom, a large luxurious bathroom with infloor heating (all linens provided).

FOR GUESTS SENSITIVE TO NOISE: Please note that we have a toddler, a baby and dogs upstairs; we will try our best to minimize any disturbance to you.

This suite is completely self contained with a private entrance allowing guests to come and go flexibly and as they please. The suite entrance is at the back of the house and has 3 steps going down to the guest patio where the suite entrance is located.

A rare find like the Caribou. A bright private lower level apartment, 2 blocks from town center. 700 square feet 2 living rooms renter gets whole suite. Private entrance and self contained. One queen bed and two queen wall beds.

Its a great kitchen to reheat foods,know there is no stove. It is part of the licencing to rent a place in Jasper. Many places to eat within 2 blocks of the suite.

Located close to the town centre of Jasper our place is cozy, clean and affordable. We have a self check in system and ask that you arrive within the check in time. We provide the supplies to make coffee and tea. There is a private entrance that leads to a small common area shared with another guest room that has a mini fridge, microwave, small bar sink and toaster. We use enhanced cleaning procedures. Your host are long time Jasper residents and want you love Jasper as much as we do!

The space
We try and keep things pretty simple with our accommodation which is what makes it affordable in this expensive market. We do live in the main part of the house and will endeavour to help you in any way you may need during your stay. We want you to love Jasper as much as we do!

Here are a few highlights that will make your stay better:
* We ask people to arrive during the check in time.
* We have self check in and I will send you details once your booking is complete.
* When you arrive if you come in our front yard gate and look to the left you will see another gate. Go through that gate and there are 4 stairs to a door. That is the entrance to the accommodations.
* Please note there is a second room that shares your small common space and you may see people from time to time but people seem to enjoy a quick hello and then everyone can just be in their own guest room with their own bathroom. This is the space that has the microwave, mini fridge, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and small bar sink.

Our house is close to downtown Jasper so you can walk and avoid trying to park in the town centre which does not have much parking right now due to a Lot of the restaurants having temporary outdoor patios. Those patios are a lot of fun for a meal and beverage!

- Our suite is not designed for cooking. Restaurants are within walking distance (5 to 10 minutes). Microwave, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker and kettle are available for your convenience. Coffee and tea are complementary.
- This is our home. Please do not invite other guests over.

The space
Suite 1 is a renovated 1 bedroom apartment in the basement of our home. It is a self contained apartment with everything you need to feel at home.

The apartment has a separate bedroom with queen bed, large living room with electric fire place, and flat screen TV. You'll have access to free cable and wifi. The kitchen has a full size fridge, stove with oven, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, all the pots, pans and tools you need to cook a meal and dining area. The washroom has a soaker tub with shower.

Off the suite entrance porch is an outside sitting area with table and chairs.

We have 2 suites in total in the basement. The entrance for both suites is separate from our main living entrance. If someone has rented Suite 2, you would share the outside door to the basement and the hallway where the 2 suite entrances are with them, like an apartment building.

Please note that we are a family with a teenager, and while we try to keep things quiet, kids will be kids. We also have 2 sweet dogs who might bark a hello if they see you. If the dogs are outside they are in our separate fenced yard.

There is a queen bed in the bedroom. At this time we cannot offer additional beds, but you are welcome to bring an air mattress if you require extra beds.

You will have your own fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment, accessed by the porch and entrance door at the end of our driveway.

For people sensitive to noise: Please note that we are a family with a teenager living upstairs.
We have renovated to be as soundproof as possible and try to keep things quiet, however you may hear the occasional thump, squeak in the floor or footsteps. Sounds like high pitched laughter or talking can travel.

For people with dog/cat allergies: We do allow pets to stay in our suites. So you may see another guest's pet in the hallway. While we have a stringent cleaning protocol, we cannot guarantee that the reservation before you did not have a pet with them.

We are located in the heart of Jasper, Alberta, on Patricia Street, only half a block from downtown. This bright and spacious basement suite is one of the largest in the area. Park your car in our driveway and explore all the restaurants and shops within walking distance, with the beautiful Rocky Mountains on either side. Then finish with a nightcap by the fireplace before you nestle into one of our comfy beds.

Two bedroom, two bathroom suite with a large living area equipped with several comfy places to sit and watch a movie on the 56" smart TV. The couch also pulls out into a sofa bed. The kitchen has a toaster, coffee maker and microwave to enjoy a continental breakfast. We don't allow cooking, but we are a quick walk downtown to explore Jasper's great restaurants.

Please be aware that all guests staying in the suite must be listed in the reservation. If additional guests are found in the suite during your stay, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. This location is the absolute BEST in Jasper! The home is located on a beautiful, quiet street only a short walk to downtown. You’ll love my place because it's a bright, self-contained unit that has just been newly renovated as a "purpose built" secondary suite. The entire suite is above ground, no dark basements here! You will enjoy your own private entrance, washroom, kitchenette and living room. There is also a private, outdoor deck that is the perfect place to relax after a long day.

The space
The majority of Jasper guest houses are located in the basement of the home. Our guest house is one of very few where the guest suite is situated on the main floor. The suite is entirely above ground.

The suite has been recently renovated to improve sound proofing by using the highest quality materials. It makes a huge difference!

Guest access
Guests have their own private suite that is separate from the home. It has a private entrance located on the left-side of the house. Guests can check-in when it’s convenient for them. There is a key pad entry to the suite.
