I have never seen that before and it was really unique. The grill could have been cleaned for sure, but we were there at a busy time of year so it is understandable. The staff were all so kind and personable. I really appreciated the fact that the front desk assistants allowed us to remain parked in the underground parking for a few hours after our checkout so that we could walk the main street again. They were so kind and we appreciated the extra time in the town without the hassle of finding other parking. We will be back next year to visit this amazing hotel! I would recommend it to anyone staying in Banff, especially over the holidays as it was so wonderfully Christmassy. "
