The property is 6 km from downtown Sicamous and the public beach in Sicamous, 15 minutes from 2 golf courses and quad trails. We have ample parking for your boat or quad trailer.
The space
This trailer has the capacity to sleep up to 6 people.
There is a TV with a Fire TV Stick but no DVD player or cable TV.

You will of course have the whole trailer to yourselves.

The space
This trailer has the capacity to sleep 4 adults and 2 childen or 5 adults. The second sofa bed is only a double. There is no tub in the bathroom but there is an enclosed shower.
Guests have access to a communal barbecue and picnic area. We provide the propane. When the fire bans are off guests have access to a communal fire pit. We provide the firewood.
While there is a TV in the unit there is no Cable TV or Wifi.

The space
Super cute and fully stocked 23 foot new gulf stream RV. Full queen bedroom. The dinette drops down into a single 6ft bed and sofa opens in a 4 foot square love seat size futon. Separate 2 piece bath with shower across the hall.
Our sister business Sicamous Houseboats has a new beautiful beach park that is available to all the campers in Mara Campground and RV park where our camper is located. Paddle boards and kayaks for two will be stored lakeside for your exclusive use.
Guest access
To the public washrooms, onsite parking and share the beach park with our guests and family that is across the road. The beach park has a new food truck on site that has best hotdogs in town. There is a front desk that can sell souvenirs and you can rent Jet skiis and boats. Have your own boat? We can rent you a slip for your stay. You can fill up right from our Docks too! We supply paddle boards and kayaks as part of your stay. Bring a fishing rod; our beach is one of the best spots to fish from on Mara lake. Don't forget your fishing licence though!
Other things to note
The town of Sicamous is getting a new bridge! very exciting for the future but it is causing some disruptions. The lot located beside the campground is the quarry for debris from the bridge site. Dump trucks are working thru the night with back up beacons and loud bangs from their trailers. If you are a light sleeper this is not the campground for you this summer.

A lovely “AT DOCK” Houseboat Vacation awaits you on beautiful Mara Lake in the interior of British Columbia.
Sunshine and warm water abound. A great jumping off point to check out Salmon Arm and lots of other quaint little towns.
You can hike up Quest Mountain and see a spectacular view of the Sicamous Narrows, Mara Lake and of course the town of Sicamous itself.
The space
The boat itself will sleep 6 comfortably with 2 on the double bed in the main bedroom, 3 adults can sleep comfortably in the penthouse and the couch is also a sofa bed.
If the kids like to tent it, they can set up a tent on the top deck, (just don’t try to pound stakes into the top deck... :0
There is one bathroom with endless hot water with the hot water on demand but with the lake so warm in July and August, I don’t know that you’d want to use the shower, just jump in the lake.
All of the basics, pots and pans, cutlery, plates, bowls and cups are on board.
A coffee press is there for your use as well.
A TV and DVD player are on board as well if you want to wind down from your days activities and watch a movie. No cable or streaming, just a DVD player and USB port if you want to watch something.
If you have a ski boat, you are welcome to bring it along, NEC, and you can tie it up to the dock, first come first serve as I may have another guest on land using it.
As Noted, the cleaning fee is refundable. I've had a number of issues with people not knowing how to use an RV toilet or not using it properly...Yuuck!
So if the boat is nice and clean, and the toilet has been used properly, your cleaning fee is happily refunded.

Parking is available at my house, just up from where the boat is moored.
Other things to note
As noted, this is an At Dock Houseboat Vacation.
But if you wish, for an extra charge, we can take you out for a day trip on the houseboat.
Leave between 9 and 10am and back by approximately 6pm, (weather permitting).
Price is $395 for the day and you provide lunch if possible for me and my wife.
This does not have to be booked in advance but please let me know at the time of booking if you are considering a day trip as, depending on the date of your booking, we may not be available.
I also have a pontoon boat available for a 1/2 day or full day trip as well. This would be with me piloting the boat, (sorry, I won't rent the boat out, but there are boat rentals available in the channel as well as at the Salmon Arm warf).
The price would be $350 for a full day or $250 for about a 4 hour outing. The pontoon boat has a diving board on it and I have a tube as well that I can pull a rider on, NEC.
Please note: on the pontoon boat there are strict restrictions as to the type of food/drinks that I allow on board. Anything with even the possibility of staining the upholstery or carpeting won't be allowed.
