The only negative thing is that the house was clearly renovated fast. It looks really nice in pictures, but the craftmanship is poor up close. The back porch is not renovated, and the back door is hard to shut so we didn't even bother using that entrance or the yard. Either way, it does the job. It's clean, comfortable, and in an amazing location. Plus it's pet friendly so that's always a win!"

∎There is a parking pad for 2 cars on the side of the building in both the front and back, but only for one car per suite. Please park on one side or the other, so both can fit in. Street parking is also fine and if you are in the rear there is an empty lot immediately behind and just to the right of the building behind us which is also available to us for parking.

There is a flat-screen smart TV for you to stream the internet from your device by wifi.

The play “Dream” runs on the Rosebud Opera House stage June 6-Aug.30. Why not take in the dinner, show and stay overnight to make it a night to remember!

The kitchen is stocked with a full-size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, small appliances, dishes, pots & pans, plus little extras for those looking for a longer stay. Private 3-piece bathroom, spacious living room with Wi-Fi access, karaoke, board games, and TV with casting capabilities only. Guest kitchenette has a full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, bread toaster, basic dinnerwares and utensils. We are centrally located, 2 mins drive to downtown basically by the Big Dinosaur & Waterpark, 5 mins walk to Freson Bros (grocery) & Starbucks, 10 mins walk to Mcdonald's, A&W, Edo Japan & Quesada. We are a smoke and pet free home. We kindly ask that you treat our space with the same care and respect you would your own home. When you turn right after the stairs you will find the living space of the living, dining and kitchen area. Here you will find the twin bed sofa, (sofa bed linens are in the cupboard by the TV) SMART TV.

Just behind the sofa is the dining set that will seat 4 - high chair is in the cupboard by the TV.

Fully equipped kitchen if you feel like cooking up a bite to eat. Fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher to make your stay convenient. And of course; we have you all set for your morning coffee/tea routine. Drip coffee maker a french press and kettle.

Back over the other other side of the suite, at the bottom of the stairs you will find the full bathroom with shower stall. No bathtub. To the right of the bathroom you will find the in-suite laundry.

Just past the laundry is the bedroom, an inviting comfy queen bed. Here you will find the pack n play, desk and a place to hang your clothes.

The TV has streaming only, guests will need to use their own log-in for the app they choose (Netflix, etc) using the Roku. This is the ideal spot for family movie nights or socializing.

Full Kitchen: The kitchen is a charming throwback to the 1940s, featuring original wood cabinetry with vintage sliding doors. While not a modern chef’s kitchen, it includes the essentials for simple meal prep, such as a stove / oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The cabinets have some wear, and storage space is a bit unconventional, but everything is functional, clean and stocked with basic cookware and utensils. In the kitchen, you’ll find basic spices, oil, salt, ground coffee and sugar. If you're looking for a nostalgic space with character, this kitchen has plenty of it!

Dining Area: A bright and vibrant space with an orange accent wall, a large wooden dining table, seating for six, and artwork to create a warm, inviting atmosphere for meals and gatherings.

Bedroom 1: A bedroom featuring a queen-size bed (that is on the firmer side), blue and white velvet wallpaper, dresser, closet, and bedside table for storage. Ideal for a restful night’s sleep. A window air conditioning unit will be available from June-September.

Bedroom 2: A cozy room designed with families in mind, featuring a sturdy wooden bunk bed, soft lighting, and charming dinosaur themed decor. A great space for children or additional guests. A window air conditioning unit will be available from June-September.

Bedroom 3: A comfortable retreat with a queen bed (on the softer side), a vintage-inspired metal headboard, and soft neutral tones for a calm and restful ambiance. A window air conditioning unit will be available from June-September.

Full Bathroom: A modern and clean space with a full-size bathtub/shower combination, a sleek vanity, and all necessary toiletries. Fresh towels are provided.

Half Bathroom: A small half bath with pink tile accents, a pedestal sink, and all the essentials for guests' convenience.

Workspace: A small yet functional workstation with a yellow built-in desk and shelving, perfect for remote work, study sessions or planning your days in Drumheller!

Laundry Area: An older top loading washer and dryer available for guest use, located in a dedicated laundry nook just inside the front door.

Backyard: Step out into a large, grassy backyard that feels like a little slice of nature — you might even spot deer passing through (just a heads-up: they sometimes leave behind little “souvenirs” in the grass!). The back deck features a BBQ and a cozy seating area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or grilling up dinner.

Please note: the yard is not fenced and backs onto a quiet alley. While there’s minimal traffic, we recommend pet owners bring a longer leash if they'd like to let their furry friend enjoy the yard safely and comfortably.ì

The space
Kitchen, living/dining and bathroom are on the main floor. The staircase that brings you to the two upstairs bedrooms are steeper than most staircases.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, and through the bedroom is a small room attached with two single beds. The idea behind this is to offer our guests a kids room.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a sleeper sofa. There is a foam topper in the upstairs hallway closet to help make the sleeper sofa more comfortable.
