Large bright airy self-contained room with amazing sea view in Aberdeen village in Freetown. This room is a large with king 6x7ft bed, ensuite bathroom and an amazing balcony directly by sea. Close to the beach, bars and restaurants but in a quiet residential area with great transport links. The room is private with en-suite, lots of storage, AC and comfy chairs for relaxing, with WIFI in house. In times of no power the generator hours are 7-12pm, with hourly rate access outside of this time.

The space
There is a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with plenty of comfy seating and dining area that guests can use. With comfy sofas on all balconies to enjoy the views on.

This is our home so very comfortable with a mixture of locally made things or things I’ve imported from UK (lamps, kitchen things etc).

The house is an older Krio house and has high ceilings and lots of windows it’s very airy and there’s always a sea breeze if open the window. Although the bedrooms have AC.

Please note due to national power challenges there is power rationing currently happening and power is limited. We have a back up generator that is on 7-12pm.

Guests are free to use the fully equipped kitchen and fridge. We are very near Aberdeen beach which has plenty of bars and restaurants. On our street are corner shops which stock a variety of things.

Tom our very friendly cat will love the interaction and a new friend. Fatmata our cleaner is very friendly too, as our the neighbours.

We have a very friendly cat Tom who loves cuddles and to be played.

We cannot guarantee 24hrs electricity. During the rainy seasons ( May-October) and holiday seasons ( Easter and Christmas), the power tends to be available on average 18 hours a day. At all other times, the power is available on average 10-12 hours a day. Emergency battery-powered lights are available in case of a power outage.

We provide running water to the apartment from an overhead storage tank. Water is also stored in the apartment for emergency use.
