I have never been to a noisier place. 3 tenants were smoking dope upstairs and itdrifted down stairs.There were no dish towels, no face cloths, only 1 towel, and i had to buy a cutting board. I will not recommend it to anyone."

There are two bedrooms with very comfortable queen beds and touch lamps for easy on and off while reading your favourite book before bed. There are books provided in each room for your enjoyment as well. There is a four piece bathroom where you can relax and have a nice hot soak if desired. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need to cook a delicious meal, bake your favourite treats or order in your favourite takeout from the many amazing restaurants Grande Prairie has to offer. You also have your own laundry so you’re not taking home dirty clothes. You will have access to two parking spots on the property.

There is a grocery store, convenient store, drugstore, liquor store, gym, bank, fast food shops, coffee shops, gas station and car wash about 3 blocks away and well within walking distance. Everything else you may need is within a 10-15 minute drive with many amenities throughout Grande Prairie. You won’t find a cleaner, cozier or more charming space.

This modern, well maintained upper condo has 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. This 4 year old unit is ideal for out of town workers. It has a balcony with BBQ, a well stocked kitchen, towels, bedding and paper products. TVs in master bedroom and living room. Easy access to highway 2 north, highway 43 east and west and highway 40 south. Close to Clairmont Industrial Park. Parking available on left side of driveway and can accommodate 2 half tons. Just bring your clothing and toothbrush.
