We were able to walk right next door to the best supermarket in island every night with my family and then on Wednesday night drive only a mile down the street to the famous Chamorro village night market. The bank of hawaii is also right down the street and made it easy to do our banking. The kids enjoyed the movie theater abs restaurants at the Agana shopping center which is less than a mile away. The best thing about this unit is that they have a property manager chris who is on site that is quick to answer our questions and help us when we need him. We stayed here for 3 weeks and the unit was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable and the wifi tv and fully equipped kitchen was also perfect. I would highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to Guam. It's affordable and a really great place to stay. Kudos to Asia and her team for making this vacation special for my family. "

- "Our first experience with Vrbo. The exterior of property is nothing like the interior so don’t be put off on first impression. Pictures are accurate in property interior details. Looks recently renovated. Very roomy with A/C in each room. Any complaints I have are with Very Reluctant Boarding Option no-refund policy for any act of god issue that prevents one from using the facility. If forced to use Vrbo again will only book one night then extend upon arrival which is a little risky but some insurance is better than none. Property Manager was slow to respond to Vrbo app messages but this was post Super Typhoon Mawar. Once I called she responded quickly and we had a short but good stay considering Guam was wrecked by a Super Typhoon."
