- "Excellent pace to stay, close to the train station, pubs and bars , room looks modern, clean and fresh, although over the road from a busy bar we slept really well as the new windows blocked out any noise , we did have and issue with room keys on arrival but we sorted it with the help of another guest , we’d definitely stay again ." - "There was no clear instructions on how to open the main door. The property manager gave us the wrong code for the room. There was a power outage during our stay and the place had no back up generator so along with no power, there was also no water. My partner was in the middle of washing his face when the water ran out. There’s also no air conditioning unit in the room so we had to open the window as it was too hot. We ended up only staying one night and booking another hotel."

The tinyhouse is located on the grounds of our house. Parking is located beside the separate entrance to the tinyhouse down a private walkway lit with festoon lighting with it's own private area including hot tub for your own personal use during your stay.
Check-in is strictly from 4pm to allow time to deep clean The Horrrsebox after each guest & daily maintenance of the Hot-tub.

the M4 is 2 mins from the listing. The village of Kilcock is less than 10 mins walking distance. The train station and bus stop are in the village. The train line is the Connolly to Sligo line.
