The famous Malahide castle and gardens are less than a 10 minutes walk. Within a short walk you will find more than 30 restaurants.

Malahide is picturesque maritime village enjoys a blend of contemporary chic with old-school Irish charm that is as unique as it is captivating earning itself a reputation as a seriously upmarket and cosmopolitan coastal village.

The master bedroom has a new king size bed (Note: UK king size). Although the second bedroom is a single size room, there is a full sized singe bed that rolls out from under the bed shown in photo. It is possible to accommodate 4 adults we believe the apartment is more comfortable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

For your convenience there is fast Wifi and a new Samsung Frame TV smart TV. An iPad is provided for your use during your stay - not to be taken out of the apartment- loaded with apps that you will find useful.

The bathroom, with underfloor heating, has a large shower room with a level walk in and good strong water pressure. A hairdryer is provided.

The laundry area, located off the hallway, has a large capacity 9 kg washing machine and separate dryer.

The kitchen has a full size dishwasher, microwave, as well as new cooking appliances and a large fridge/freezer. The dinner set is fine bone china dining set and a full range of wine and champagne glasses are provided for your convenience.

The apartment is perfectly positioned in Malahide with direct access from the green and minutes to the excellent shops, restaurants and pubs that Malahide is known for. The train station (Dart) is less than 5 minutes walk and the efficient train service gets you to the city (Connolly station) in approx 15 minutes to 20 minutes, departing approx every 15 minutes during peak times.

The front terrace and the sitting / dining room is directly south facing making the apartment exceptionally bright and sunny. There are lovely views from the front terrace across the green to the water and yachts.

Parking is included for 1 car though 2 cars can be accommodated by arrangement. There is level access to the apartment from both the parking area at the back of the property, and the village at the front, making it very accessible for those who have difficulty navigating stairs. At the back of the property is an external locked storage room which can be used to store luggage, Golf Clubs or other sporting equipment.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a 500€ smoking fee, at minimum.

Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Private en-suite room in penthouse with a private and directly attached bathroom, an adjustable (standing or sitting) desk and a small private balcony. Seaviews onto Lambay Island, Donabate, Skerries and the Malahide harbor and beach from your room. Especially sunrises and sunsets (depends on season) are stunning from your room. The room is very spacious with a closet for your use. Luxurious 300 thread count bedding, comfortable mattress, hair dryer, steamer for your clothes and shower gel, plenty of fluffy towels and local tips to make your stay a memorable one.

5 min walk to take a dip in the Irish Sea, lots of incredible restaurants around, close to premium golf courses and still only 20 min train ride from Dublin City and 25 min drive from the Dublin airport. There is also a bus stop close by, but we normally just prefer to walk as it’s stunning beach walks all around.

You must be a dog lover as we have one French bulldog Ella living in our apartment.

If you are celebrating something special, please let us know and we can help you make restaurant reservations where you can’t make through the restaurants website. If desired we can also have a bottle of champagne in your room upon arrival (extra cost depending on purchase price). We truly want you to have an incredible time and we hope we can contribute to that experience positively with recommendations.

Be mindful: No kitchen use except for tea & coffee as we use it for working from home during the week and therefore can’t allow cooking or eating from the kitchen.

You will have access to your private room with seaviews from your bed (only Airbnb in Malahide to have that!) private bathroom with toilet, sink & walk in shower. (Very rare in Malahide to find an Airbnb with your own private bathroom) There is a standing/sitting desk in your room. Plus small balcony.

There is plenty of free street parking, but if required we also have an additional parking spot we can provide to you upon request.

No access to the kitchen other than for premium Nespresso coffee, filtered water & tea. No cooking etc as we use our kitchen as our work set up.

Other things to note
We have one French Bulldog Ella. It’s funny how a lot of our Airbnb guests in the past mainly commented on our two dogs (little Lotti passed away in early 2024). If you are afraid or allergic to dogs, our place would not be great for you.

Also, be mindful that we work from our kitchen during the week, so would need to ask you to not use it other than for coffee, tea & water. But don’t worry, there are incredible & plenty or restaurant options within walking distance.
