This beautiful self-contained guest suite has a ramp entrance to a contemporary light filled space with a gorgeous King Bed, luxury crisp hotel linens, with private deck, huge bathroom, & walk in shower with shower bench to soothe aching muscles. The suite is super-sized, with a beautiful sun lit deck for morning coffee or a glass of wine. A mini kitchen & bar fridge for essentials. Luxury soap, shampoo, conditioner. Nespresso machine. Lovely dining table & chairs, Wifi, 50" TV, EV charger.

The room is big enough to host a small baby in your own crib. No crawling bubs, no toddlers as its not suitable.

Guest access
Separate access to the guest suite. Your own private door from a common ramp entry. The suite is fully self-contained. Private deck. Parking out the front, or otherwise on the street under the tree.

Disabled access is not perfect, but ramp and bathroom are accessible. There is a lip on both doors (entrance door, and door to deck).

Other things to note.
I can give you tips on wineries, food spots & local shops.
Lancefield is an easy 5min walk. A beautiful drive to Woodend, Riddles Creek, Romsey & Kyneton. Daylesford is just an extra hop away.

I am a keen gardener, & being a relatively new residence I am still toiling in the back yard most weekends. The suite does not suit toddlers.
