There is a possibility of Power cuts on Thursday's depending on Power transmission company. On other days we do not face any Power cuts unless any occurs at the last minute.

Packaged drinking water is not provided. RO purifier is not installed. Guests will have to make arrangements accordingly. Guest can themselves use the tap water received at the apartment to heat and drink, since residents use the same water.

Air Conditioners available only in both bedrooms.

Cooking gas is not provided. Kettle is provided to boil water or milk for tea.

Microoven can only be used to reheat food. Cooking your own food in the property is not allowed since negligence can lead to short circuit and loss of lives. Hence, cooking food will attract 5000 INR fine.

The space
The Apartment is located in a gated complex of 6 Villas, wherein the first floor of one of the Villas is converted into an Apartment with a reception on the ground floor.

The space:

The Meadows Apartment is not a Villa but an Apartment located on the First Floor. The Private entrance of the apartment is via Reception.

The Apartment has 3 rooms all located on the first floor. The Studio room of the Apartment has a seating space with sofas and table along with a wall mounted Queen Sized bed which can be pulled down by our team during sleeping hours. The Studio Room also has a Wardrobe. The remaining 2 rooms have queen sized double bed, with side drawers on each side of the bed along with individual wardrobes. The apartment can accommodate upto 9 guests (please select the exact no. of guests while making the reservation). For the extra guests over and above 6, we provide comfortable floor mattress with linens + pillows + quilts + towels at no additional cost.

The Apartment is equipped with a full sized mirror, TV with Tata Sky.

We have a floating kitchen in the common area of the apartment with Fridge. Microwave is available on call. Induction plate is available on call. We do not provide gas for cooking as in the past the guests have left the gas nobs open leading to scary situations.

We provide all bed linens, towels and star quality toiletries. Wifi is provided complimentary for the guests. The rooms have inter com to connect with the reception and for ordering food on Ale Carte basis. We have professional chefs serving Indian, Chinese and South Indian cuisines. We have a common swimming pool to take a dip in the ever blooming Lonavala environment. The pool timing is from 09.00 AM to 09.00 PM. We provide indoor games like Jhenga, Playing Cards, Uno, Monopoly. All you need to do is ask for the same at the reception (a phone call away).

-Every corner of the cabin is thoughtfully positioned to offer uninterrupted views of the tranquil lake, ensuring the serene beauty of the water is always within sight.

-As you step into the cabin, a cozy seating area welcomes you on one side, while a compact dining space with a neatly tucked-away kitchenette unfolds just behind it. Adjacent to this space is a thoughtfully designed, fully equipped bathroom. A wooden ladder leads you up to the loft, where a comfortable bed awaits — offering a serene, elevated view of the shimmering Pawna Lake.

-Stepping outside the cabin, you’re greeted by a charming patio that overlooks a private swimming pool, with the tranquil waters of Pawna Lake painting a breathtaking backdrop.

Other things to note
-You will get veg/nonveg food in our inhouse restaurant from 8.30am to 9.00pm. Breakfast is complimentary.

-Please go through the photos and property description property before going ahead with the booking.

-We do have WiFi at the property.

-The bedroom and Living both has an AC

-The afternoons might be hot in summers but the weather starts cooling down post 4.00pm and it may be quiet cold in the night.

-In case you need extra bedding you can contact the reception or the host.

-The property being situated in the outskirts and there are chances of power fluctuations or failures in the night so please keep that in mind.

-As the property is nestled in lush greenery, small insects, Mosquitos, lizards are expected to be there, hence guests are requested to stay safe from such insects, lizards or any such creatures.

-There may also be chances of insects to be present which keep flying around the lights in the evening, so try to keep the doors shut in the evening.
