Our beautifully done up home is a heritage themed house complete with artifacts to make you feel welcomed the moment you step in.

We have been told that the best part of this apartment is the living room and the master bedroom with panoramic windows which open up to the spectacular views of the valley.

We don't let out rooms individually and the whole apartment is let out at once as the living space and the terrace is common. The house is on the first floor and there is an independent staircase to the house.

The house is enabled with Wifi internet , cable TV , entertainment channels , heaters, hot water bottles, hot running water and other facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We provide nutritious, affordable FRESH HOME COOKED MEALS to the apartment all prepared with love by our local cook. LOCAL PAHARI DELICACIES are available for order as well. Customizations to accommodate VEGAN, JAIN, KID FRIENDLY FOOD or any Allergies are also possible. Please ask us for the menu.

Guests will have absolute access to everything in the house. Laze around on cozy couches in the Living room , pick a book to read along with the clouds that often are at the same level as you.

Bring along your favorite movies or seasons on your USB and watch them on the TV. Sip your morning coffee on the swing overlooking the valley. Access the dining space and the kitchen for a lovely meal :)

We have a very functional kitchen with electronics like Fridge , Microwave , stove etc for cooking and if you are too lazy to step out , the caretaker can help you with the groceries .

You can order meals and we shall be happy to prepare them fresh in our own kitchen and deliver them hot to your apartment. Please ask us for the menu . No hassle of ordering groceries, taking care of the utensils and having a messy kitchen.

There are a couple of restaurants nearby which offer home delivery above a minimum amount of rs 350 so forget the food blues and enjoy the view.

- The caretaker can help with the groceries so you dont have to step out for chores (You can tip him @50 per market round)
- Pet boarding - 1000 per night
- Driver boarding charges are 350 rs a day

The maid is paid to clean and dust the house only, we request you to clean the utensils as you use. If you need the maid to help you clean , please tip her accordingly.

1. Please try not to smoke in the house

( we know it's very cold in the terrace , but the house is made from wood majorly and we don't you getting hurt )

2. Yes we know the weather calls for a cheers but please don't break crockery, furniture etc when you are high

( it's happened a lot more than you expect and we might request payment for damages if any )

3. The maid is there to clean but utensils is not a part of her Job Description

( a little bit if utensils is fine but please don't leave a pile of utensils for the poor lady , you are advised to tip in case you get her to do a lot of your utensils )

4. Request you to please leave the house not in a mess

( We do get a lot of enthusiastic party people, and three maids have quit after seeing the house post check out, if the house is too dirty we might request cleaning charges )

5. Please check out on time

( A lot of people take early morning buses and are waiting to get in, please support us in making sure no one has to wait more than promised )

Mobile connectivity at the apartment is decent for all mobile networks. We are work from home friendly and have high speed broadband connections in all the apartments. The broadband company promises 100 mbps speed but we have
observed the average speed to be between 35 mbps and 60 mbps

*What are the check in and check out timings?
The check in time for all apartments is after 1 pm and the check out is between 11-11:30 am. We have a late check out penalty post 11:30 am ,Rs 500 as fine if a late check out has not been agreed in advance..

*Can I check in early or check out late?
Early check ins and late check outs depend on the booking before or after you . Early check in and late check outs are possible in cases only when there is no reservations before or after you.

*What all is included in the price?
The price includes the apartments rental cost, the services of the caretaker and basic daily cleaning for the rooms. The caretaker is there to help you with your check in and is your point of contact for any issues being faced. You are advised to tip him in case you are asking him to get your groceries or helping with other tasks.

*What are the available food options
All apartments have a fully functional kitchen available for guest use and the apartment cost does not include food


*What about smoking and drinking inside the house?

All our homes have smoking balconies. Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited as the smoke can stick inside and cause irritation to kids or other guests who come after. Drinking is allowed inside the house.

*Can we party inside the house?
Mashobra is a silent valley and loud music post 10 is not permitted. We like to think of ourselves as a mild music + conversation kinda place and respect the peace of others in the vicinity. There is an INR 10,000 fine for throwing up or puking inside the apartment.

5. NO loud music in the house after 10pm please try to keep it low as neighbours may complaint .

6. Don’t forget to turn off of the Geysers & Lights after use

7.If anything is damaged / or items lost inside the house ,you would be liable to pay the damages.

8. CHECKOUT TIME - between 11-11:30 AM (Strictly )

9. If there is any Late check out - charges would apply accordingly ( Rs 500 accordingly)

10. Labour charges for washing of utensils would apply ,if required in the afternoon & at night - Rs 150 per time
