There is no elevator in the building, but we didn't anticipate any problem carrying our bags up a few flights. (Lucky for us, Santos's assistant met us and helped carry the bags upstairs.) The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable, and the central air conditioning was wonderful to have during such a hot July stay. The bedrooms had abundant closet space, so it was good to be able to fully unpack. We didn't cook while there, but did use the coffee maker (pods were provided) and the clothes washer. There is a clothes drying rack available and plenty of space to set it up. The location was ideal to tour historic Mérida. We were able to walk everywhere from the apartment. There is a restaurant on the first floor of the apartment building, so we could start our day with breakfast there. Also, we found plenty of shops and other restaurants within walking distance. A very helpful binder with information about the apartment and the area was provided. For instance, a recommended restaurant list was included. I was very happy with the choice of this apartment and would stay again."
