- "Predala Lux - 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Beds and linen were very comfortable after a days skiing. Kitchen had all necessary items and a dishwasher. Pool, sauna and steam room was a great addition and perfect for a relax. Ate at the restaurant which was ok but nothing special. Would recommend going into town for dinner. Did not eat breakfast there as it starts at 07:30 and we had to be at the gondola queue before 08:00 to get to our ski lessons on time. The only down side was that on arrival to the apartment it was so hot and no thermostat on the room to turn the temperature down, I asked at reception to reduce temp but still warm so slept with the windows open. All areas of this apartment were clean and staff were approachable and helpful. It is situated a short walk away from the main ski resort with loud bars which was perfect for us as it was quiet. Would definitely return to this apartment complex."

- "Great location a few steps away from the town centre which is packed with shops, restaurants, bars etc. The hotel itself is a 3* - the rooms (and bathrooms in particular) are a little outdated but the beds are comfortable enough. Quite a few things were missing in our kitchen but reception acted on it and replaced missing items. I think there should be a choice of whether or not they change your towels everyday as I find it a real waste and not eco friendly. No bath mat provided so we were using a hand towel. Kitchenette was really useful. Breakfast was very comprehensive and the hot food items varied day on day. Very decent food. Pool is a fab addition/bonus and we really enjoyed the 2 saunas. The pool wasn't open the first year I visited and so proved an additional welcome suprise when I returned earlier this year. Close to the town centre and local amenities - restaurants, bars, clubs, and hire shops. This is a large 1 bedroom flat suitable for 1-4 adults if lounge used to sleep; kitchen equipped for 5 people. The lounge has a single and a double bed settee, which takes 2 adults or 3 children. Nomads welcome!

The space
The apartment is spacious (approx 70 sq m) and well equipped with a balcony accessible from the bedroom and lounge (views south, west, and north). Free wi-fi in the apartment and flat-screen TV in both lounge and bedroom. Satellite TV with 18 channels.
This is an unserviced apartment, so will not be cleaned until the end of the stay. Linen and towels are provided for 1 week; agents can provide more at a cost to guests.

The building is no smoking. Please do not leave heaters on at night or when the flat is unoccupied as it is a fire risk.
The apartment is suitable for small children but no cot or bedding is available.
If you need to exchange money, make sure you only use banks or Crown bureaux. Nearest ATM is Pireaus Bank outside adjacent mall. Range of ski hire shops conveniently near Gondola base station.

In the living room you can enjoy a huge and comfortable couch, paintings from well know Bulgarian artists, flat screen with cable TV (many international channels) and high speed internet (last speed test read was at 42.68Mbps / 7.08 Mbps).
