I arrived from Incheon via the airport bus which was very conveniently located right in front of the apartment. I was not feeling well upon arrival as I was having motion sickness but the staff looked after me, and made sure I was comfortable. They have been keeping in touch with us since the time we booked the accommodation and had been extremely helpful in providing information for our trip and checked in with us closer to date as well. Anything we need they have provided or attended to swiftly. I have nothing but praise for this place. Upon seeing our luggages ( we had 10 luggage’s although we have 4 of us including two young teens) they helped to gauge our needs and supported in getting a transport for us. SLA is highly recommended. Although they do have a stairway with no lifts, they have been very helpful to carry our luggage’s both on check in and check out. Amy, who works at the front desk is perfect and helped me get checked in and gave me many tips on the area and how to get back to the airport quicker than the express train. The AC during winter is not bad, compared to this one hotel we stayed in the area where the room is overly warm and there is no way to control the temperature other than opening the windows. The front desk staff are also very helpful and they speak English. They helped me get a cab multiple times and helped with our luggages as well. The only downside is that, because it is in a very busy area, you can hear the nearby karaoke bar outside. But, if you are a deep sleeper like me, you will be fine."

Kitchen is practical in size however only comes with pans, crockery, chopsticks and spoons. That is it. So bring your own knife, chopping board, dish cloth, dishwashing liquid, towel, and western cutlery if you want a fork. Good gym space, storage, nice staff. 150 metres to metro subway and No Brands supermarket is about 200 metres. Plenty of coffee shops within metres. We really enjoyed our stay. Quiet area away from tourist hot spots, which some may view as a negative."

I went down stairs to let him in, and there were several other helpless people waiting outside. If I hadn’t been going down anyway to let him in, there would have been people sleeping in the street that night. Can’t help but to assume this is a regular occurence as well. 3. AC didn’t work, room was extremely hot and stuffy. Again no one was at the front desk to help. Conclusion: if you are willing to jump through hoops to get a roof over your head for a cheap price, then this will do. Don’t expect anything more than that."
