Seems geared toward extended stays. It's an old apartment which has been repurposed into a hotel. It feels a bit run-down but it's clean and perfectly fine. No elevator, so it would be nice if you could reserve a specific floor. Noise travels freely between rooms, but the other guests were quiet. The location is fairly convenient. Subway 10-15min walk away, and a bus stop around the corner which will get you to Tenjin or Hakata pretty quickly. The buses run closer to schedule than expected. Don't expect hotel-level amenities. There was a toothbrush iirc, and a tablet which I found odd. But no TV, no coffee or tea, no body sponge/towel or even a washrag. The kitchenette is nice to have available, but I didn't have any use for it. The check-in process is a bit convoluted, and they provide more information than necessary and even some which is inaccurate (e.g. they ask you to separate and dispose of your garbage, but they don't supply bags or bins for this). The entrance lock doesn't always work, had some trouble getting in one evening. I used the correct code and the knob turned, but the lock wouldn't move with it. After about 10 attempts, it eventually unlocked. I wished they'd given a way to block the sunlight from the clerestory windows."

Of the two rooms on the second floor of the apartment, room 202 can be rented exclusively for one family.

Rooms 201 and 302 are also available. Room 202 can be reserved for five people.

Building 2 has also opened nearby. It can accommodate up to eight people.

The key is in the key box next to the door. The number will be provided after your reservation is confirmed.

Please do not let anyone inside who has not made a reservation.
If this is discovered, you will receive the lowest rating and additional charges will be incurred.

Other things to note
The keybox is next to the door. It is not a mailbox. We will inform you of the keybox number in advance.

Even if the reservation is confirmed, in properties under the Private Lodging Business Act, the host must write the guest's name, address, occupation, and the date of stay in the guest list.

Guests who do not have an address in Japan are required to submit a copy of their passport. (Nationality and passport number are required)

Please take a photo of the face page of your passport with your smartphone and send it to the email address listed or to the chat here.

There is also a guest card inside the room, so please fill it in.

There is water in the refrigerator. Please use it. There are plenty of amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body soap, towels, bath towels, brushes, toothbrushes, body sponges).

There are several types of pillows. Please use the one that suits you.

Wifi signals are shared between all rooms. There is no pocket Wifi.

There are plates and tableware, but cooking is not expected, so there are many types of tableware, but for hygiene reasons, only a cutting board and knives are provided. The washing machine is on the balcony. Detergent is in the closet. The washing machine is fully automatic until the spin cycle. As a safety measure, the lid does not open during the wash cycle.

If you turn off the light in the kitchen room with the remote control, the light will not turn on unless you turn it on with the remote control.

This room is a tatami room. There is no baby bed.

We can provide a room on the day if it is available and we can contact you.

There are four surveillance cameras in the common area on the second floor to obtain a lodging permit. We check the number of people in the dormitory after you move out.

Please refrain from meeting friends in the dormitory as it is confusing. If you are identified by the surveillance camera images, you will be required to pay an additional fee. (Please contact us if you absolutely must meet here)

In winter, you can use the gas fan heater, air conditioner, and humidifier fan heater, but if you use them at the same time as a hair dryer or microwave, the electrical breaker will be turned off. The breaker is above the front door.

Please add tap water to the humidifier fan heater.

This room has double-glazed windows to prevent noise and control the room temperature. There is a main road nearby, so you may feel some noise.

If you leave the window open, insects will come in.

Electricity rates in Japan are high. If you are not in the room, please turn off the electricity before going out.
