The Downside was only one shower with no soap or shampoo. Towels are provided. This is for 10 or more people on that floor. Luckily I was one of few who stayed, making it much easier, but can imagine, if it is full, when one can shower would be jackpot timing. Downstairs looked like a separate business for laundry machines, but did not bother the check in. Lady was very nice and kind. They are not great english speakers, but understood what was being asked. So good enough."
