WiFi wasn't working in the rooms either. the reception area reeked of smoke - a bad advertisement for a hospitality establishment which are supposed to be smoke free. I complained after the first night (who wouldn't) and the management offered me another room, if I paid extra! The manager was defensive and wanted to blame Expedia. I decided to leave, but he refused to refund the two nights remaining. "
