The flatlet is set in our backyard but entirely fenced off & private. The kitchenette & living room is small, but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bedroom is a nice size with a queen bed & small ensuite bathroom with a shower. The best thing about the flat is it's location! Set in the heart of Paarl, you will be walking distance to a couple of our most loved places, Kapstad Brauhaus, Sadie Coffee, Noop, ZUUS & Engen with a 24hour Woolies Convenience Store. Paarl Boys High's Brug Street Sport field is 50m from our house & the Paarl Arboretum is just down the road. Note that you will park on the street in front of our house - but it's the norm & safe!
