Furnished apartment with French ceiling on the ground floor, located in the center of the Provencal village of Callas (Var), facing its fountain with an old-fashioned cobblestone square. Parking 50 m away.

Bedroom with 140 cm bed, large storage cabinet, living room with convertible sofa, bathroom and toilet. Equipped kitchen , TNT TV, liftable table, etc.

Not suitable for children from 0 to 10 years old.

The space
Located 1/2 hour from the sea and 66 km from Saint-Tropez, Callas is a typical Provencal village with its stone porches and shaded squares surrounded by fountains, vines, forests and century-old olive trees will bring you calm and serenity between the sea and the mountain and a microclimate thanks to its clean air (398 meters above sea level).

Distances: Saint-Tropez (66 km), Grasse and its perfumes (47 km), Draguignan (15 km), its dolmen and museums, Fayence (23 km), 1st European sailing flight center.
The beaches of Fréjus ( 30 km), Sainte-Maxime (40 km), Lake Sainte-Croix and the Gorges du Verdon ( 50 km), Cannes (63 km), Bargemon (6 km), Figanières (5 km) and Seillans (20 km).

Guest access
The studio is furnished has a large bed and has a sofa bed. The keys are in a box with a secure code on the front door, check-out (until 11 a.m.) for your departure.

Other things to note
Leaflets, maps and flyers are available on parties, festivals and markets in Callas and Provence.
Hiking and cycling tours are available at the Tourist Office to admire the Esterel mountain and limestone Provence with a particularly rich nature in landscapes of unsuspected beauty. Pennafort Gorges surprise with their red color that contrasts with the pine green and blue of its crystal clear water.

The apartment is located close to a busy avenue.

The accommodation is located in front of the sea in the village Cap Estérel Pierre and holidays of Agay commune of Saint Raphael. It is quietly located in front of a pretty square not far from shops, bars and restaurants as well as swimming pools and leisure activities. The village Cap Estérel is pedestrian and accessible on foot to the beaches as well as to many walks in the mountains and along the coast. In the accommodation please provide your bed linen (1 bed 2 pers. 3 beds 1 pers.), kitchen linen and toiletries.

The space
The accommodation is facing the sea in the Magnificent Bay of Agay which makes your awakening unforgettable. The loggia is spacious and pleasant. 5 beds are provided but you will be more comfortable to 4 people. Separate toilet, bathroom with bathtub. Electric coffee maker plus Tassimo pod. Hair dryer.
Sleeping: A separate room for two people.
In the living area: sofa bed for two people as well as a piece of furniture bed for one person.
The accommodation must be returned in the condition in which you found it on arrival or:
Services possible BUT NOT MANDATORY: - housekeeping 100 euros.
Squeegee and fondue oven on site.
Bed linen for 1 bed 2 pers. and 3 beds 1 pers. as well as towels and dish linen are not provided.
On site: pillows, duvets, mattress protection cover.

The accommodation has a parking space. no wifi included in the rental.

Guest access
Arrival by car: go up to the apartment to unload your luggage (30 minutes allowed) then bring the parking badge to go park.
Arrival by train: Saint Raphael Vallescure station and then take the TER to Agay centre station. Shuttle bus number 21 to the village of Cape Town, see schedules before your arrival.
Arrival by plane: Nice airport.
Mandatory parking is provided in the rental for 1 car. Cap Estérel is located between Saint Raphael and Agay and close to Saint Tropez, Cannes and Nice. You can walk to the center of Agay and a small train in summer time takes you to the landing beach in summer season. the village is secured by a fence and a guard all year round as well as vigil rounds at night.

We offer you to escape to the heights of  Saint-Raphaël, with the sea for horizon and the Esterel massif that expands the landscape...

We would love to rent you for your vacation a very nice apartment on the first floor with unobstructed views of the Esterel massif that can accommodate up to  4 people. Located 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful Pourrousset beach but also accessible by shuttle.

The space
The apartment offers you:

- a balcony with garden table open to the massif (perfect for your meals with a great view!)

- a kitchenette composed of a fridge / freezer, electric hobs, toaster, microwave, kettle, kettle, filter coffee maker

- one bedroom with a bunk bed, a closet, including duvets and pillows.

- bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.


You have the opportunity to discover the Bay of Agay by walking a small path or enjoy the aquatic spaces spread throughout the village: infinity pool for adults, wave pool, slide for children and paddling pool for the little ones ( included in the rental price, open from April to early November). His vacation will make young and old alike happy!


Organize your days at your own pace, relaxed or dynamic, you have plenty of choice. Sports on the courses (golf, horseback riding, tennis, etc.), excursions to immerse yourself in the culture of the region and much more. Enjoy our local cuisine at your feet, you have restaurants on site. You will no longer need a car because everything is available in the village: shops, boutiques, small supermarket, laundry and services.
