- "The check-in location was different from where we’re staying. We arrived at 4pm. There’s supposed to be a person at the reception until 9pm. There was no one there so we used the intercom to communicate with a central call office. To begin with, they couldn’t find our reservation so we had to email them a copy of the confirmation. When we called them back, they were able to find the reservation immediately which makes it appear that the first agent we spoke to didn’t know what they were doing. This is a fantastic room with a queen bed and access to a terrace with ocean view. The room is spacious and has a bed side table, a desk, a cabinet, a wardrobe and plenty of storage under the bed. It also has its own lock for privacy. The condo is very clean and spacious, quiet and cozy, and the price includes all the fees, taxes, wifi, water and cleaning every two weeks of the common spaces. Electricity is paid apart, split between the tenants and prorated according to their stay.

Guest access
Guests will be provided with a key to access to the front door of the building. Access to the condo is with an electronic key. Guests will receive upon their arrival a link to their phones with a link which will provide access to their electronic key

Although I don't live in Vigo, I am very responsive and always available for any request you may have on the phone. My family live 5 min away and they can be called also in case of emergency.

Room in the Fatima area with natural light and TV, it has a terrace with a table where you can relax, the apartment is in a place equipped with all kinds of services and 200 meters from Vialia the new shopping center where the bus and train station of Urzaiz is located and in the middle of the Camino de Santiago. It's a very central area but the room is very quiet because it overlooks some gardens. It is possible to put an extra mattress for a child or similar.

My house is very quiet and cozy, the common areas are very spacious and all the rooms have natural light. You go directly to the Camino de Santiago and park for free on the street.
