The space
It is a place 15 meters from the tourist garden village,where you can stay quietly and from the house you can take tours of all the tourist areas that Andes and garden have in the house. In the house you can enjoy the countryside in the surroundings and the mountain views. You can enjoy the pool and its surroundings ,soak up the sun in private . It is an outdoor house overlooking the mountain and the neighborhood. It is completely private. You can make your barbecues and your meals to the wood . It has an outdoor kitchen.

Guests can enjoy all the outdoor areas that the house has. such as the pisina ,the wood stove,making their barbecues, and all the fun on the outside and private part of the house .

Other things to note
They have a supermarket 5 meters from the house with a home address ,or the village supermarkets 10 meters away, with home delivery . Better said, if they don't want to leave everything, they take it home . I have the cards of all the business with domixilio in the fridge. This house is located in Andes, 15 minutes from Antioquia Garden.

The accommodation is equipped and furnished for a comfortable stay of up to 6 people.
This accommodation harmonizes rest for adventurers who want to discover the nature of the Municipality, as well as for those interested in the different tourist attractions in the surroundings and neighboring municipalities such as Jardín, Hispania, Ciudad Bolívar, among others.

The space
This traditional house was built around 1901. Its main materials are bahareque and solid brick. It has been part of our family history since 1966 when it was acquired by my grandfather Aureliano Echeverri. In 2021, we made the decision to divide a part of our house and create this space for people who are passionate about traveling and who want to enjoy the tourism that has had so much development in Southwest Antioquia.

This private space consists of two rooms without separation, with a bathroom (shower, toilet, and sink)

-The stains on the bed linen or towels will have an extra charge.
- Your pet is welcome, make sure they don't do their needs inside so other guests can enjoy a clean and cool place just as you received it.
-Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm and check-out is no later than 1:00 pm. Failure to comply with check-out will incur an extra charge of 50% of the value of one night in the accommodation
- If check-in is after 10:00 pm, there will be an additional surcharge of 20,000 COP, which must be paid at the time of arrival.
- We invite you to make a rational use of the light.
- We do not have a parking lot but one block away from the accommodation there is one that works 24 hours. (the value varies depending on the season and is foreign to us)
-If you plan to bring a bicycle, we have a safe space to store it for 5,000 COP per night (per bicycle)
