Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge diner had a sofabed too. 6 Adults could stay without issue. The kitchen was well equipped, all appliances available for cooking and cleaning, fridge with freezer compartment. A real home from home. Room no 2 has an open toilet and open bathtub inside a part of the room itself which can be an issue for some people, i would suggest the owner to put a curtain or partition at least on the toilet area as that was the only uncomfortable bit , apart from that it was an amazing experience. As for room no 1, it was absolutely huge and stunning with a private back yard and very comfortable. The area this hotel is located in is the best part lf Antwerp yet only 10 mins from the center by an easy team that stops right in front.....if u like fine dining and beautiful architecture and want to experience the "richness" of antwerp then stay at this hotel...u will feel special there."

However, the problem arose upon leaving the place. a) the departure time from the room was supposedly 11 AM, but the cleaner turned up at 10 AM, so I had to leave the room one hour earlier than planned. b) I wanted to store my luggage to walk around more freely, but the access information of the luggage storage were incorrect, and I could not access it. I messaged the owner twice, called three times, the cleaner called as well, he never answered. So I had to take my luggage with me which has significantly hindered my activities for the day and basically ruined my day. Looks like the owner didn't care about his guests and also his staff, as he didn't even respond to his cleaner. When you manage a place like this, you have to be responsive and be able to assist the guests, when needed. The bare minimum would also be to be able to have the room until the time mentioned on the booking, and not be forced to leave one hour earlier. Definitely not helpful and not recommended."
