Recent studio, in a quiet green area, overlooking Bastia. Sea view terrace with all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay in Corsica.
The property is located:
- at the foot of the hiking trails
- 10 minutes drive from the historic center of Bastia
- 20 minutes walk by mule path
- 15 minutes by bus from downtown Bastia (it drops you off in front of the house)
- 15 minutes from the beaches and coves of Cap Corse
- 20 minutes from Saint-Florent.

The space
Studio of 20 m2 with private terrace of 10 m2, adjacent to our house, on a wooded land of 800m2. Linens provided.

The back yard is accessible but shared when we are present. We are mostly away from the premises in July/August.

Private parking on the grounds is available for one car.
The bus (line 5: Palais de Justice - Cardo) runs hourly. The schedules can be found on the website of the Communauté d 'agglomération de Bastia - Via Bastia. Ticket: €1.50.
We can also, depending on availability, pick up guests from the port if necessary.
