Here we have a clean pool with 11 meters long and 4 meters wide, 1.70 meters deep, with shower, orchard, green area, excellent space for small events and also vacation.
Closed condominium, with 24-hour security, great for walking, skydiving, ballooning, McDonald's, Burger King, Sunday market, hospital, UBS, excellent restaurant, cafes, sweets, shopping center, supermarket, fishing grounds, etc.....

Guest access
They will have access to a swimming pool, gourmet area, parking, green area and all public area within the Vitassay Condominium, we live in the farmhouse in separate houses and only eventually share the parking.
We have two cans that are tame and still warn when someone arrives at the gate.
Pets maximum 10 kg, only small size.

Inspection is carried out at the check in and also check out, the farm will be delivered clean with complete utensils for use in the kitchen and barbecue, we request the return under the same conditions.
If it is not delivered in the same condition, a fine of R$3,000.00 will be applied.
Household appliances, swimming pool, or any damage to the property, if broken or damaged will be evaluated according to the market value: refrigerator, stove, barbecue, freezer, microwave, floor, pool vinyl, sinks, showers, beds, wardrobe etc...

We do not offer bedding, bathrooms, pillows, dish cloths, blankets and toiletries.
Bring repellents, sunscreen and baygon for insects.

Voltage 220 watts in every farm.

Music is allowed with ambient sound until 10 pm, after this time a fine will be applied according to the rules of the Condomínio Residencial Vitassay.

Extremely loud sounds are not allowed during the day bang, rattling, uproar, noisy and screaming.

We accept pets up to 10 kg, only small size, value R$92.00 per lodging/each dog.

Please cigarette butts always in the trash, don't throw garbage in the farm, we have garbage cans spread out for your comfort.

When returning the house must be clean, garbage must be placed in black bags, dishes washed, barbecue with no meat rest.

After the collection of all the garbage in order to avoid flies and rodents, please the trash can be found in the outdoor area of the farmhouse. Thank you.

Here we have fossa, never play paper, condom, tampon, if clog, we will help you but the expense is for the Client.

Use the shower before entering the pool.
