In addition to the ease of being very close to the beach, we are located on the central avenue of the city, that is: we are surrounded by all the infrastructure of commerce in general, such as restaurants, bars and shops, however, in a quiet area, as we are next to the green area.
We offer a barbecue in the middle of nature, favoring a good barbecue with the family.
For your comfort, we offer 2 beach chairs and 1 parasol per apartment. We offer parking and wifi as a courtesy.
We have a leisure area with adult-child pool, it measures 10 m length, 3 m wide, 1.10 depth and a small (partial) view of Bombinhas bay.
We schedule "transfer" services and tours (outsourced).
The apartments are equipped with a full kitchen (dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, among other utensils), all with box-queen bed, 32"flat screen TV and air conditioner.

The space
It is a penthouse on top of the owner's residence, it has a small staircase, the property overlooks the beach 180º degrees.

It has a bedroom with 1 queen double bed + 1 single mattress + 1 sofa bed, air-conditioned environment and attached bathroom, living and dining room with a TV, and a small kitchen. Everything has glass and blackout to give guests privacy, has a mobile barbecue, stairs to climb, and laundry is shared with the owner.

Guest access
The entire penthouse is for guests' private use, no one will go to the place uninvited, only the entrance is shared with the owner who lives on the underside of the property.

Other things to note
Please read carefully before you complete the reservation:

We would like to inform you that, to ensure comfort during your stay in our apt we initially provide a basic set of bedding and pillows, these items are available as part of the services included in your reservation.

However, covered, bath/face towels or toiletries must be brought from home.

If you need additional bedding during your stay, an additional fee will be applied to cover laundry and replacement costs. This measure aims to ensure the quality and hygiene of the items provided.

Check-in: I will personally be at the property to receive you and hand over the keys. The address and my contact will be sent after the reservation is complete.
Check-out: On the day of your departure, I will go to the property at the agreed time to receive the keys.

The garage 1 standard size vehicle.

Visits are permitted, but it is forbidden to receive people to stay overnight without prior authorization, subject to breach of contract and fine.
