- "When I booked the hotel the property displayed as it were in Izmuir. However it was about 50 minutes outside of Izmuir. The hotel is lovely and the property owners are very nice people. The breakfast that was served was one of the best we had in the 3 week we were in Turkey. The room we stayed in had a beautifully renovated bathroom, however there was a little bit of an odor you sometimes find in older properties in Europe."

Welcome to Eski Foça - the small stone house is located in the middle of the old town by the small harbor and impresses with its central location to the sea (150 m), cafes...

The stone house (built in 1877) was planned and restored with a lot of love for detail. A double bed (160 cm), TV, air conditioning with virus filter and a private bathroom complete the room.

We can also offer you boat trips and airport transfers for an extra charge.

Please note that the garden is shared with me.

Our house is located in Mersinaki Bay, 250 meters from the beach, so it is a 3-minute walk. The distance to paid beaches is the same next to the public beach. Each room also has a private bathroom and toilet. The kitchen is shared. There are all kinds of tools in the kitchen. Rooms and kitchen open to the garden. Our neighborhood is silent and calm. It's on the city dolmus line.
