So, water did go everywhere unless you lower the water pressure. There is air conditioning which helps a lot on a hot day (we had low 90s), but it would not get under 70F for us. The parking is a gravel area in the courtyard which was gated. You use your room key for everything including the lights. Overall great stay and value."
