- "A wonderful property to stay, we were upgraded to the presidential suite which was large with two bathrooms. Very nice old world charm. The food was a bit of a disappointment. Breakfast and service was not up to the standards of the room and cost. Breakfast was included but was limited and was served cold though the plate was very hot? We had dinner one evening it was expensive and the vegetables were cold but the meat was warm and delicious. We were the only guest and the service was slow and they struggled with making an Iris coffee after dinner. It is a fantastic location and Hazelwood is only few miles away filled with great and fun restaurants. It has been a wonderful experience and a welcome change from the chain hotels we will definitely return. "

The mall is just around the corner, the lion park and zoo a short drive and plenty of shops nearby. Our daughter was sick while we stayed and they really helped out washing stuff for us. We weren't made to feel like a hassle at all.
