Beautiful spot just off the main road just before you get to main Hikkaduwa beach, however there's another beach just at the end of the road which has bars, surfing hire etc... so really no need to head to Hikkaduwa unless you want to. The rooms were spotless, well catered and they have REAL PROPER COFFEE. The hosts couldn't have been more welcoming, friendly, helpful and just nice to be around. They have morning Yoga which was great, plus the pool and grounds are beautiful. Great breakfast also :) We'd stay here again in a flash, and we're actually a little disappointed we didn't stay a bit longer."

The free breakfast is more than ample, only the two family rooms appear to have T.V. the hotel menu is limited. Our beautiful villa has Sri Lankan charm with western standards, as it is run by an American ex-pat and a Sri Lankan. This ensuite bedroom has a pillow too queen size bed and is perfect if you want to be near the beach and town but not in the thick of it.We also hav a new large elevated view pavillion living space above carport exclusive for guests use it has a sink frig and dining table also a canopy day bed and sitting area with hill and sunset viewing,

The space
This large double room is newly decorated, nicely furnished and well appointed with a top of the line queen size pillow top mattress and imported linens. The room comes complete with an ensuite bathroom with hot water. The room is cooled by a ceiling fan and has a/c, available for $3 daily



The room has it's own separate entrance . No mosquito net is needed here, as we have screens on the windows.

The room has it's own private entrance and patio, but guests may also relax and enjoy meals on our covered back veranda or in the view pavillion , .WIFI is avaiable.

We have 5 rooms for rent: 3 upstairs and 2 on the ground floor. A large common area with a kitchenette allows everyone to fully enjoy their stay. The proximity to the ocean and the presence of the garden make this place a very pleasant place. We have hot water thanks to solar energy and 4 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort.

Our Guest House is one of Hikkaduwa's landmarks. A charming colonial building right off the famous Hikkaduwa surfing and snorkeling Beach. The easy access to train station, bus stop and all major banks makes this guesthouse a convenient location to all travelers and holiday makers. It's closely located to bars.The stylish, well appointed rooms of the Guesthouse are all en-suite. Another highlight of the Guest House is some of the best authentic Sri Lankan meals served in town.

Our Guest House is very homely and has a very friendly tranquil atmosphere. In the morning you could hear birds singing and the rustle of sea waves. Guest House consists of 10 bed rooms each with an attach toilet. We have A/C and non A/C sea view rooms and also non A/C and A/C non sea view rooms. We have a trustworthy , friendly staff with a small restaurant. We have a menu of our own style .Fresh food is prepared then and there. We are famous for our rice and curry. This room does not have A/C.

Within 5 min. walk is the Hikkaduwa town, railway station. Banks are 3 min. walking distance. To the Sourthern Expressway is only 16km. From our backyard which is the beach you could walk to many restraunts .

Located close to main road but there is no any traffic noises. Even guests able to attend more excursions such like gin river safari that locates next to host.
