This is a regular residential area with dense housing. Please make a reservation only if you are considerate of your neighbors and hosts. Be careful not to make loud noise outdoors. Indoor noise is okay 24 hours a day, including noise between floors.

-Please be considerate not to cause inconvenience to your neighbors as this is a quiet residential area.
Please be careful about outdoor noise, especially on the terrace. Depending on the season, there are elderly people who open the windows and sleep from early evening. If you close the window indoors and don't break the house, you don't have to worry about any noise, including floor noise.

-The first floor is where the host lives, and the entire second floor is accessed through a separate entrance on the first floor. There is no elevator.

-It may be uncomfortable if you think of it as a pension. This is a house where I have to spend my life with my neighbors. If you are not considerate of your host and neighbors, please do not make a reservation.
