We arrived in the dark and can honestly say we were scared as loose dogs and trash covered the small ally that lead to the retreat. Once inside it is a beautiful and calm oasis a complete opposite of what’s outside of the gate. Good standard in the room, it was overall fresh. Note: there is a lot of lizards and biting ants in the property and rooms. Villa Jati is a peaceful place in South Bali that is in decent distances to beautiful beaches, restaurants, art and culture. It offers quiet sanctuary, comfortable rooms and exotic gardens to its guests. Great for guests who are looking for secluded and peaceful retreat.

The space
Villa Jati is located on the heights of Jimbaran surrounded by exotic garden, swimming pool (the size is 3x6meters) and our friendly pets (2 cute dogs, 5 cats, birds and roosters). We offer you modern master bedroom with much natural light, comfortable bed and all the necessary amenitites.
Master bedroom has a small safebox, chair, closet and cupboard, small table with mirror, aircon and fan.
We have a wheelchair accessibility to master bedroom on the first floor. The wifi speed is around 45Mbps

You will have an access to our kitchen, swimming pool, garden. We have a separate fridge for our guests.

During your stay
Martin and I are busy business owners, we will try our best to accommodate your needs and answer all of questions, but we won't available all the time as we do have other businesses to take care of.

Our Villa Jati is a family owned homestay, please be respectful to everybody lives in this property. We recycle and compost our consumings as well, and please save the energy by switch off the lights and AC in your room when you go out. Our wifi speed around 45 Mbps.

All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Please smoke at the garden.

We rent our family owned scooter for Rp. 100.000/day (Rp. 110.000 is average price), come talk to us if you need one.
