- "I must say my stay at this resort was nothing short of amazingly wonderful exceptional and very memorable. Soon as we arrived you are truly made to feel welcomed and taken care of . I had staff remembering my name when we passed by one another here and there also staff always seemed very attentive and wondered if we needed assistance with anything. Breakfast buffet options were also delightful as you can also visit their other sister locations just a short shuttle service ride away. One of my most memorable moments at the resort was having dinner a couple of times at their Sami Sami restaurant and their staff being so professional with suggestions choosing our table having the perfect view to the ocean, remembering our names, loved the entire service … Puttra, Arik and Yuni are the best if you are considering dinner here would definitely recommend perfect portions delicious drinks and scrumptious desserts. Had a day at the spa also felt like heaven. Pool views are great and maintained. Consider staying in as the property is quite expansive and you’ll be doing lots of walking but all views are gorgeous. Breakfast buffet could be better as it had quite limited selection but it may be typical for Bali. We usually take our second cup of coffee from breakfast to go as we have younger kids who don’t do well sitting around a table after eating while we enjoy a coffee. We did this on first two days but were refused on third day, and that was after being told coffee were coming and waiting for them for 10 minutes. This was very strange as it’s a small request that was rejected for no logical reason. Every hotel in the world we have stayed in has been happy to accommodate that request."
