Our house is a traditional Austrian house located in the village of Pettneu which lies a convenient 10 minutes from the ski area of St Anton.

Petttneu is a traditional Austrian Village which much to offer in the way of traditional food and atmosphere. I would be happy to give you any tips on the area.

The room mentioned here is a nice clean double room, with a shower located in the room (there is also a basin). With this room, the toilet is located outside, but it is not shared.

Our old Austrian house in the traditional Austrian Village of Pettneu is located 10 minutes from the international area of St Anton.

Our guesthouse is located in a quiet and very sunny location in the “St. Jakob / Gand ”. A free ski bus runs every 15 minutes to the lifts and directly to St. Anton. The night bus runs until 2 a.m. There is a hiking bus in summer. The bus stop is only a 2-minute walk from our house.

Amenities also include a sun terrace, a sunbathing lawn, and indoor and outdoor parking for guests. A complimentary skier’s/hiker’s shuttle service links St. Jakob to the ski lifts and to the village center of St. Anton. A night shuttle bus is in operation as well. The bus stop is within easy walking distance from our B&B.

This is your base to adventure, your personal getaway where you’re free to relax and revel in friends, family and shared experiences. For your personal hideaway, choose from a collection of spacious double, triple and single rooms. Each room is tastefully decorated and features ensuite shower & toilet, separate beds possible, flat-cable television, safe deposit, and hairdryer. The apartment (approx. 45m²) has 2 rooms with 1 double bed each, living room with sofa bed & sitting area, 2 bathrooms with bath or shower, toilet, flat-screen TV with HDMI cable, telephone, safe, fully equipped kitchen/kitchenette & free Wi-Fi. The bathrooms are equipped with: hair dryer, bathrobe, towels and toiletries.

Please note our winter cancellation policy:
You can cancel free of charge up to 45 days of arrival. If you cancel in the 45 days of arrival, 50% of the total price is due. If the guest does not arrive, the entire amount of the reservation (100%) is due. In case of late arrival and early departure, the full room price for the respectively booked days will be charged without deductions. Reservation is subject to an advance payment of 50% of the total price.

In addition to our cancellation policy, all reservations can be canceled free of charge at any time, should we in St. Anton am Arlberg or in your home region provide official regulations (e.g. a travel warning, quarantine, etc.) that do not make a vacation possible. However, if travel warnings are lifted until your vacation, the regular cancellation fee will apply.

Other things to note
For all guests from the age of 16, the local tax of Euro 3.00 per person per day is added.
Breakfast can also be booked - Euro 12,00 per person per day, or Euro 75,00 per person per week (children up to 14 years: 50% discount).
