To our rooms, all with private bathrooms, there is a color that distinguishes the bathroom and a wall: green, blue and blue. All rooms and bathrooms were renovated in December 2024. The "sky" is the largest, equipped with a double bed and a single.
The property is close to the bike path and the riverfront city park, a 15-minute walk from the train station, 5 from the old town (Ötzi and Christmas market, university), 2 min. from the EURAC.

Great for cyclists given the proximity to the bike path. There is a coffee maker and a kettle in the rooms. In the adjacent hallway, there is a small fridge available for guests.
