Elia also booked for us a great taxi (more like a chauffeur service!) from the accomodation to the airport, which took away any stress regarding transport to the airport. I love the design details and attention to detail with this accomodation. And we were exceptionally grateful to have air con in both bedrooms as it was 35degrees C and humid whilst we were in Treviso. The price is good, the room I had was large, clean and warm (November visit) and, best of all, the couple who own the place could not have been sweeter, especially when they discovered that my phone was not working and I couldn't ring my wife at home.............. - "When I arrived, my kids immediately saw rides and a pool. I was immediately told by brother of the host that this area is private. It is literally the same building, same garden, same premises. Why is the “private” area for brother not separate. It’s like living in the hotel. How are the guests supposed to know. My kids were left crying for hours on arrival and then in the morning because of this. I also requested for the checkout a little late which was declined and not even 30min were given. I was also asked to pay (1st on arrival and then when asked for late checkout) which is a bit unusual as payment is requested at checkout. The mother of brothers was really nice but we had language barrier. At well over €100/night, better service, courtesy and trust is expected. Not recommended. "

The space
The house is composed of 2 separated appartaments: the ground floor, in which we live, parents with 2 girls, and the first floor for the guests.
The 2-floor.-flat is formed by 2 bedrooms, each one for two people (1 with two single beds - with the possibility of adding a third bed - and one with a doublebed), bathroom, livingroom with a sofa and two armchairs, kitchen, corridor, a terrace with a porch swing and a table and chairs and lastly the balcony. The house is also sorrounded by a small garden.

The space
Villa was formerly an Armenian novitiate, and this explains the rooms' size and the shared bathrooms. After years of neglect, it has been brought back to life and filled by colours and unique details, keeping its original style. Everything has been retouched with particular attention to reuse and recycling. You will feel the history that surrounds the place, but also our will to renew it.

Guest access
You will have access to the bedrooms, shared bathrooms, and all common areas on the ground floor. The park is at your disposal. To access some areas of the villa, such as the restaurant, exhibition spaces, and concert area, it will be necessary to register as they are under association. Feel free to ask for info about hosts.

The space
The absolute tranquility of the Sile River Regional Park, where our house is located, offers a unique panorama, rich in flora and fauna that changes with the seasons; from the windows of the rooms you can see the expanse of green that relaxes promoting rest or a good read or, the river 150 meters from the house offers the possibility of taking an enchanting walk on the Restera, the dirt road that runs along it. Our B&B has agreements with nearby sports facilities for water sports, cycling, horseback riding, golf, swimming pool and gym.
